- JWJeff WalkerMay 11, 20265.0I would like to highly recommend Jim and his team from “The Patio Room Factory”. My wife and I met Jim at a home improvement show at the fairground’s, and from there was the beginning of a family type relationship. Working with Jim and Mark as owners is much better than working with salesmen from other companies. They take so much pride in their work, and they are there from the beginning of the project to the end. We selected “The Patio Room Factory” to install a sunroom addition onto our house. They were able to take an original deck that was falling apart, and build a beautiful sunroom in its place. Jim and his team were also able to handle the customizations that we requested too. Jim, Mark, Chris, Steve and Michael are very innovative in coming up with creative ways to add things we asked for such as outside lighting, data and video jacks, as well as separate electrical circuits. In the future if we need anything that “The Patio Room Factory” offers, we will not hesitate to reach out to them. Thanks again!

He can out to our house, looked at what we had, listened to our desires, made experienced suggestions. He was able to provide exactly what we needed. Work was professionally done by very experienced individuals in the time frame promised. They were good at clearing up the area when done. My wife and I feel happy about the quality of the project and price. New patio roof and we made new friends. Thanks Jim and crew.
