I would like to provide you some feed back on our purchase of 2 of your Traveler lite sewer cameras. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Both units were paid for on 10-9-25, and at first they worked as promised. But once in the field the quality of the product was very poor. Both units had to be sent in for the mother boards to be replaced. One repair only lasted 30 days and failed again. Each time it cost our company lost sales due to the poor quality of the product. Our company is Flow Right Plumbing out of Pueblo Colorado. We are by far the largest plumbing company in southern Colorado. To be sure we will be telling all of our contacts in the plumbing field about the poor quality of your product. Please keep in mind each time we had to send in the camera for a warranty repair we had to pay the shipping cost and also the loss of sales due to the repair down time. I will say our local Rep did everything in his power to help us with the problem, but man your product quality is poor. We only used Ridgid products in the past and wanted to try out your units and we will be going back to Ridgid 100%

I have called two times to order parts and spoke with Chelsea, probably the best customer service experience I have been a part of in a long time. Very pleasant to work with
