  Alan inspected two houses for us. With the first one, his work saved us from an honest-to-goodness money pit. With the second house, the one we ended up purchasing, his findings gave us the information we needed to stay safe and comfortable in our new home. Alan was thorough and professional, arriving exactly on schedule and checking critical systems from the top of the roof to the bottom of the basement. He was also down-to-earth and personable as he explained what he was doing and why, and he answered our many questions without a hint of impatience. I highly recommend Alan and ProCheck Engineering for any home or other building inspection!

  If I could give no stars, I would. Don't care if you are a buyer or seller, but get ready to pay more for the initial home inspection and thousands long term. Look at the negative review for sure! They cost us more than $35K on a property transaction because of their negligence. I've bought and sold dozens of properties as an investor over the years in Central Ohio and never had an issue with an inspector. This is a first I won't forget. Don't regret it, go with someone else. Save the headache.

  Tre’ came over to take a look at some foundation cracks that we were worried about and was incredibly professional and thorough in his analysis of the issue. He answered all of the questions that I had and he was highly knowledgeable and insightful about everything. I have complete faith in his recommendations and now have peace of mind that my house is in good shape. Alan also called and spoke to me on the phone in depth about the issue and gave me a lot of assurance around the problem before Tre’ even came out to take a look at it. I would be more than happy to recommend Tre’, Alan, and ProCheck to anybody who needs a home or structural inspection.

  We had Alan out and he was phenomenal. He gives honest advice/quotes - not looking to just increase sales as many companies. You can definitely trust ProCheck for Mold/Engineering needs. One of the best experiences out of any basement/mold remediation company, hands down. Will be my go-to from here on out.

  My husband went to the inspection and Alan was wonderful and explained everything to him very thoroughly. Very satisfied with this company and will definitely use them in the future.
