  The process started with a sales call. The gentleman was not pushy. Stated facts, showed company history, reviews, differences in windows and window companies. The warranty was unlike any other. My house had all original windows from 1962. So I pulled the trigger. Install day… they were on time and were polite, cleaned as they went and my windows look really, really good!

  Constant spam calls. They missed three appointments for an estimate. Then called me 30 times since from different numbers. They just called and I told them I was no longer interested and they instantly hung up. They are very pushy and just not a good experience.

  The seller pressed a little to get it sold, chose the window design, the color of the interior and the color of the exterior and the color of the onyx frame, asked if they could take out the original windows whole while ensuring that they would, days later they took action and another seller immediately presented himself with a modified contract saying that the previous seller had had to pray and had not signed the first contract, the new contract changed the color of the outside of the window, But I keep all the other details, on the day of installation the original windows were taken out in pieces, they did not put the onyx frame I ordered, the windows do not close properly. When they close, glass cracked, I called the company and they gave their team 2 times and an inspector, they said they would fix it and put what I ordered, it's been almost a year and I'm still in them and I have to pay $13k for 5 windows.
