- JSJustin ShepardFeb 7, 20261.0Buyer beware. I'm a contractor who has worked with Lumber liquidators for the past seven years. It used to be a good company, but they have changed policies recently, including their return policy. Now you only have a 30 day return window, which wasn't explained to me upfront but only in the fine print I had to sign. Normally I buy a little extra in case I need it. Wood needs at least 2-3 weeks to acclimate, which leaves almost no time to install under the 30 days. We also had issues with the wood color. Their showroom display showed very little variance in color, but the actual boxes varies wildly. I was able to get my customer to warm up to liking it but the store was not of any assistance. Corporate was no help either as I've argued this through multiple "customer care" agents. After this experience, I will no longer be recommending lumber liquidators to future customers due to miss representing their products and not working with me on a return.

I spoke to both Christian and Jordan who were knowledgeable , friendly and helpful. It easy to get to and parking was ample. They loaded my countertops into my truck which was an unexpected surprise and greatly appreciated!
