Tyler and his roofing crew made sure that those items were addressed properly and showed me what was done. I'm so glad I decided to go with home genius. God brought them into my life at the right time. Thank you again for taking care of me!

I went through the hassle of a credit check and getting the credit and putting a nearly $900 down payment for These improvements for my home. The information paper stated I would get an email with my contact person within three days. It is going on a week and a half and I have not only not received said email with contact person‘s name, but I have called three times and nobody will call me back to schedule these services I have already put a down payment on. They keep telling me they’ll call me back within 24 hours and a week later they have not. Today I tried to cancel my services and I was told that I would lose my down payment if I do because it’s past the three Day window where I could get reimbursed. I have not received one call from this company to set up an appointment to get this work done and now I’m in danger of losing nearly $900 because they failed to hold up to their end of the contract. Do yourself a favor and don’t go with this company. The stress alone of being told you’re going to lose $900 is enough to not make me want to ever do business with them. Let alone being ignored for a week and a half. That’s horrible customer service.
