  The crew was very efficient and seemed to enjoy themselves while working so hard. My project manager- Keegan - was very informative, helpful, and communicated with me every step of the way. I highly recommend this company.

  Alex McCoy was awesome. A very nice gentleman. Nehemis was very polite and good at explaining why things were needed and the process. The crew was fast efficient and cleaned up the property well when the project was completed.

  Home Genius was the best quote we received. Tyler was our salesman, and he was fantastic. He even came out on a Sunday, on his day off, to work with us. The project manager was very knowledgeable, as well as his crew. The crew worked from dawn till dusk to make sure everything was done in a short amount of time, and made sure that everything was done just the way we wanted. Everyone was extremely friendly, and were very skilled in their trade. Every person we dealt with was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Our house looks absolutely amazing-like a brand new home!!! People have walked down our street and admired the work, and we have had a ton of compliments. I would definitely recommend Home Genius to anyone-and the price was unbeatable! Thank you so much for all of your hard work-we love the look!!!

  Home Genius was amazing!! Each and every person I had communication with was so professional & understanding of our needs & wants.. They took the time to ensure us of the quality of work that will be done . They were there every step of the way to help us with our decision making and the process. From Tyler our salesman sitting on our porch with his ability to see our thoughts & help us make decisions from start to finish. You could tell that he really enjoys what he does. And made us feel confident in our decision making . Then there was Dakota , project manager who was also there for every step of the process. He helped with a few changes that we had made . Very knowledgeable, professional & great leader. AND much respect & thanks go out to the gentleman who made this happen . Their team were polite and respectful and kicked butt on getting the job done right. The weather wasn’t our friend. But they found a way to keep moving forward. To pull up to the house today was an amazing experience and made for a great day. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!……

  I hired Home Genius Exteriors for a partial roof repair/replacement. The actual crew who came to the house did a good job—they knocked out the work in a day, stopped the leak, and the roof looks structurally sound. However, their backend office operations and project management are not up to par. After the job was finished, I was blindsided by an urgent Property Maintenance Code Violation warning from Grove City because the job had been completed without a building permit. I reached out to the project manager, the salesman who sold the us the labor, and the corporate office. For the first 2 weeks the project manager told me that "someone should be contacting you from our permit department." Of course nobody ever did. Finally he just stopped responding to my concerns by the THIRD LETTER from the city nearly a month after the job. I called the Home Genius office directly 1 week, 2 days, and the day of the deadline and was promised each time somebody would reach out to me. As it stands now, I am still waiting and never heard from anyone. I was able to work with the Grove City Building inspector directly as he walked me through the permit application process. It was a lot of wasted time on my part for something that could have easily been corrected on day 1 of reaching out. If you hire this company, the roofers will do fine work, but you need to act as your own project manager and double-check that they are actually licensed and pulling legal permits with your local city hall before letting them touch your house.
