  Kyle did an excellent job repairing the broken pipe at my home. He handled everything with great care, was very professional, and made sure all the problems were properly fixed. I really appreciate his attention to detail, quality of work, and professionalism. Highly recommend.

  Brandon and another tech (missed his name) were very friendly and courteous as they fixed an issue with roots growing in my downspout drain pipe. They ended up needing to stay much later than expected due to more roots being uncovered. Nevertheless, they stayed focused on the job and took extra time to fill in the dirt as orderly as they could before it got dark. I could tell they took pride in the job and it showed. Would use them again without hesitation.

  Even though the this company was on time and efficient I would NOT use them again. We had a leaking outside spigot. The access was easy and the repair technician was finished in under 30 minutes. You can imagine the shock when he told me it would be almost 600.00 to repair and they would not guarantee the work because they only warranty up to 80psi of water pressure and ours was 81 psi. Not only that, instead of sodering the pipe or using a crimp tool the technician used a plastic piece of pvc and a shark bite. After talking to others I was told it was an amateur fix for a professional plumbing company. To even make it worse they suggested I put in a pressure reducing tank which would have added another $1000.00 dollars. I don’t mind paying for their service, I do mind being taken advantage of and making someone else rich.

  I could not have been happier with the service Mike provided! He called stated he was about 20m out and promptly arrived in 20m. Provided my annoyingly cute and loud pups treats upon arrival. He completed his service in an efficient amount of time, which I expected because he was wonderful on his last visit! Provided the suggestions in a non judgmental way, I forgot to change my filter…AGAIN! Mike is a wonderful service person and I look forward to his quality work in the future!!

  Had to have a new furnace, ac, water heater afew months ago. Could not have been more happy. So when I needed a plumber, I called. Pounding noise when I flush toilet until water shuts off. Guy came. Could not have been more polite. Changed a couple shut off valves which did need replaced. Did not take care of the problem. Instead of exploring further, he said didn't know and left. Also worked a little on a clogged drain. Drain still clogged. Another tech came out in evening and couldn't fix the issue because of weird plumbing. Offered a very expensive solution Not his fault but considering I had two problems and neither fixed, I was irritated. Called and requested a call back. It was Friday eve. Didn't expect one right away. Over weekend chilled out and wanted to talk with someone about options. Have called twice today. No one available to speak with me. I was told they would have to call me at their convenience and we can only do what we can do. Maybe this review will spark a phone call.
