Per the Owners response to my review. I never stated that the assistance following the initial job was bad. However, I shared the company showed up multiple times with temporary solutions (made clear by the burn marks in the driveway). They knew there was a further issue or they would not have needed to come out So Many times in the first few weeks of the initial project.
That said, my complaint about "never hearing a single thing again" is in relation to the email chain and timeline below. The facts are clear. ASPHALT HELP agreed to make things right and completely bailed.
I HAVE VIA EMAIL on March 19th, 2026 (after the owners onsite visit where he said they will schedule me for replacement) that ASPHALT HELP did have me scheduled for repair in April, 2026.
ASPHALT HELP never showed in April, 2026. After email exchanges in May 2026...
MAY 22nd, 2026: ASPHALT HELP asked "If May 29th, 2026 works."
MAY 23rd, 2026: I confirmed the date they provided, works.
JUNE 1st, 2026: I emailed ASPHALT HELP for updates as no one came by to do the work on May 29th 2026.
JUNE 1st, 2026 (same day): They emailed me saying, "We'll be out there sometime today."
June 1st, 2026 (same day): I acknowledged the email saying, "Sounds good. Thank you for the update."
NO ONE FROM ASPHALT HELP came.
June 5th, 2026: I emailed trying to get updates.
NO RESPONSE from ASPHALT HELP
June 8th, 2026: I emailed asking for updates.
June 8th, 2026: I received an email from their service team. "Hey Jon, I thought this was already taken care of, I apologize for the delay. Let me check with the owner and get back to you."
June 9th, 2026: I said "Ok, thanks for the update. Looking forward to hearing back from you."
NO RESPONSE from ASHALT HELP
June 18th, 2026 I wrote to the company asking looking for more updates.
NO RESPONSE from ASHALT HELP

Asphalt help has completely ignored taking any accountability for a failure within the project. The root of the issue falls solely on the owners of the company. They said they would make it right and completely vanished….
In the summer of 2025, they conducted a full driveway replacement in which they extended the driveway over vegetation which was the plan. I was even willing to remove the vegetation and they said they would remove it. Immediately after the job was complete I noticed old vegetation was popping through the asphalt. They had a guy come out to make repairs at which point I thought all was good. Literally within a matter of weeks new weeds started to appear. Again they came out and tried to kill the weeds (through the asphalt) which left horrible burn marks all over my driveway. This issue persisted all the way up to winter. Even the repair guy knew the original job was not done correctly. When the spring rolled around even more weeds showed up. I expressed my concern and I was told the owner, Nick, would come out to take a look…the first time showing up since the morning of the original job.
Nick came out and was anything but professional. I met him on my driveway and he immediately berated me about a review I apparently left in which I apparently claimed “they ghosted me.” I shared that I NEVER left any review on any site anywhere… he was adamant I did but could not show me where. He continued to look at the driveway and said they would be out in late April 2026 to replace the driveway.
Following that ordeal, I emailed into the company sharing my displeasure about the way Nick, THE OWNER, conducted himself. They apologized on his behalf and then confirmed a full replacement would be done.
By June no one came out. I emailed the company and their service team said “I thought this was taken care of.” And that they would talk to the owners.
I never heard a single thing again. $5,500 and a year later, trying to have a nice driveway, has been nothing but a headache. I really did try to give every opportunity for asphalt help and its owners to make things right.
The pictures are from immediately after the project through the following month or so.
Do yourself a favor and avoid Asphalt Help.

Worst experience ever! Terrible customer service…this company could care less about their customers or their product. They don’t return calls or show up when they say they’re going to. They don’t stand behind their work. Spent $6500 only to have driveway literally fall apart! Don’t waste your money!

While i did not hire them for asphalt i went to buy a van from them and it was listed as perfectly fine no problem eveything working great right! As i’m arriving from my two hour drive i’m told the ac dosent work not a huge deal but wish i was told before and then when i get in the van and test drive it the mileage is 30,000 miles over what he stated along with the three check engine lights that were not mentioned it was a total waste of my time and if he was willing to hide all of the from a potential buyer i would be worried about what he’s hiding from all of his clients!
