  Salesman Brock was fantastic! Answered every text I sent quickly. The wrap was not done a week after promised- (I had to call to get it done) half done the next day- had to Call again because they didn't do the other side. Finally taken care of. Siding job was supposed happen 10-12 weeks! Had to call about it after week 17 because no one from your office called me! The siding crew did well. I still have your unused product in my driveway. Lack of communication from the main office.

  I have to say I expected much better from a company like Able Roof. The materials were dropped off on a Friday September 18 and the job was supposed to be done on the following Monday. Monday was rainy do it was rescheduled for Tuesday. On Tuesday it had to be rescheduled again because another job had to be finished first. The job was pushed back yet again to Friday. The workers installed the roof on Friday but did not finish the job and had to return on Saturday. When the workers left on Saturday they reported the job was finished but there were materials left all over the yard and some areas of the roof were not done. Calls to the project manager went unreturned. Finally I had to call the scheduler to ask when the job would actually be done. On Wednesday September 30 the job was finally completed. Promises of using a magnet in the yard to pick up loose nails were not kept. I purchased a magnet to pick up the nails from the yard and found a lot. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The crew would have been satisfied with leaving an unfinished roof and calling it complete. I would definitely not recommend Able roof if you need a roof replacement.

  Didn’t have the best experience. Alot of promises made by the salesperson that didn’t actually happen (even after reminding him the day of install). Due to communication issues with the salesperson and project manager some sheathing I wanted replaced was not done. I advised the salesperson that I would need the gable sealed and the bathroom vent rerouted through the roof. This also was not completed in the installation. When they came back to complete the gable seal and bathroom vent they left without saying anything or going over how the job went with me. The salesperson told me he would be back out after the roof install to make sure the yard was cleaned up. That never happened. He also told me that they take overhead drone shots during install so you can see exactly what was done on the roof. That also wasnt the case and I received pictures from a phone that didnt show everything that was done. Overall a ton of miscommunication, sales over promise/under deliver, and headaches. Project manager was great, everything else was disappointing.

  Buyer beware. Don’t have glass block windows installed because after telling you everything is custom made for your windows come to find out they are from Lowe’s. No apologies, only that they are the correct size. For some reason they don’t get it. I stopped installation and had to cover my windowless basement area with plastic then spend money out of my savings to get the work completed. Lousy communication all around and false advertisement. My written estimate was different for the basement windows due to the masonry labor. I can’t even get an actual breakdown of how much everything was for my attorney which is also illegal in the State of Ohio. Don’t believe the lies.

  Garage roof wasn’t done when house was reroofed a few years ago - due to storm damage- but was very much in need of a new roof. Abel replaced both of my neighbors roofs this year and did a great job. From start to finish I had great interactions with my sales rep, the roofers, the project managers and the gutter team. Very professional, very efficient and very friendly. Cleaned up well too. I highly recommend Abel roof.
