  Don't give these people the time of day!!! I recently called for a roof leak in which their "warranty Dept" said I was covered until 2038 and "David" would be out Tuesday between 9-11.I took the day off and David never showed. I called the office and they had no record of me calling. After multiple calls X2 weeks I'm told by Josh they've been through two computer systems since my install and he can't find my record, I told him to walk over to records they have no problem pulling it up. I called again today and was told an estimator would need to come out first to look at the leak THEN it's 6 to 8 weeks for repair yet they advertise otherwise. They refused my contact with their service mgr. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

  Andrew L. was incredibly helpful and instrumental in getting our gutter system replaced. We had a significant leak (with heavy rain) that ran from the roof, to our sunroom and living room. Prior to engaging with Andrew our insurance brought in a “claims specialist” to assess the leak. They stated it was due to regular wear and tear of poor caulking. We sought another opinion and after a single visit Andrew, he believed the leak stemmed from poor gutter placement and heavy water flow from our house to our sunroom gutters. Just a couple weeks ago, the gutters were replaced and with all the heavy rain this past week, there has been zero leakage inside our home. This was an ideal and practical solution for us. Something our insurance and their specialist completely overlooked. Grateful for Andrew’s help and experience. Highly highly recommend.

  Every one from Able did a great job. Matt was a very knowledgeable salesperson and did a great job inspecting our roof and telling us the scope of work needed. Matt stayed in touch with us all the way through the job too. Guillermo and his crew arrived on time both days and the entire crew worked very hard and did a GREAT job. The valleys were woven and the finished job exceeded our expectations. Even the yard was cleaned up extremely well. Mike, the site foreman, kept us very well up to date and let us know when there were some small changes (plywood delaminated) that needed to be changed. Everyone from Able was very helpful, kind, hardworking, and knowledgeable. We are so happy with Able, we are having them do our mom's house as well.

  Absolutely do NOT call these guys despite all of the positive reviews. They will damage a part of your house (i e. Siding, shingles) so you absolutely HAVE to have them repaired whether you need it or not. They will screw around with insurance co for months and then ultimately not have time to do the job. Family member is in process of waiting for them to return payment. Like 23K! And now they are stuck with a hole in the siding that is unnecessarily 10" located in the most viewable spot on the house. Obviously they have to turn around and go through entire process all over again. The worst part is there was NOTHING wrong with the siding. Pretty sure that's fraud. Any insurers, feel free to chime in. They may be good for the Columbus area but good luck if you live anywhere else and if you call for roof repair, do NOT let them anywhere near your siding. Contacting BBB if checks aren't returned very soon.

  Nick has been amazing. He responds to my messages promptly and answers my questions thoroughly. He is the epitome of excellent customer service. While waiting on my insurance to approve a claim, Nick reached out to me after the recent storms to check on things and the condition of my roof. I have never had a company reach out to and check on me without prompting. I reported some issues with the roof leaking and Nick came up with a temporary solution while we waited on my claim to be approved. He has been such a blessing. Taking a lot of the stress and worry off of me by following up with my insurance company and keeping me updated on the progress.
