  Came to my house, inspected the damage that was done to it I had them the insurance estimate and they said they will send an estimate over to me when he left. waited 3 days no estimate , called left message and no reply. If this is how they do business I'm good. Thanks for wasting my time!

  We're supposed to pick up a shingle for testing, never showed, I tried a couple of times and even called the office. They ghosted me, and im not sure if im in contract with them or not. 🤷‍♂️

  Able Team did an outstanding job installing our new 30 year shingle. All materials delivered the day prior as scheduled. Roof and accessories installed in on day. Ground protection installed to aid in complete cleanup. Removed old chimney as requested. Highly recommend.

  Few weeks ago, a contractor from Able Roof & Exteriors came to my condo unit on behalf of the HOA to perform what should have been a minor repair to the front entry door jamb. The damage was limited to the bottom portion (less than 3”), which could have been addressed with wood filler or by replacing it with a properly sized jamb section. Initially, I was contacted by phone by “Jacke” from Able Roofing & Exteriors and later by email from “Brian Rheinscheld” (listed as Director of Construction) to schedule the repair. After the contractor completed the work, I later inspected it and found the repair to be a makeshift solution that turned a small issue into a larger one. Instead of using a proper door jamb component with the correct dimensions and features (such as the groove for weatherstripping), the contractor assembled a patch using mismatched pieces of lumber – in a nutshell, the contractor concocted a disparage makeshift out of lumber in order to replace the lower portion of my door jamb. The result is not a proper door jamb and lacks the necessary features and fit. The repair is clearly inadequate, improper and disfiguring (see attached photos) and has created a bigger problem than the original damage. I contacted Able Roofing & Exteriors by phone and email, including reaching out to Brian Rheinscheld, to report the issue and request a resolution. I received no response; in other words, it was completely ignored. Based on this experience, one cannot consider this a reputable, respectable and reliable company. Proceed with any repair, project or construction work involving this company at your own risk and peril.
