  What an amazing group of people, from the moment we walked into the door to look at their selections up to today the installation. We love the carpet, they were great to work for and they did everything they could for us to get us new carpet for the new home as soon as possible. Thank you for your great service from start to finish.

  Maybe they used to be a good company, and the flooring was fine but I would not use them unless you would like to throw away your hard earned money. Our shower was installed beyond poorly, claimed “it was out of square” but you can see that was not the case and also a brand new home. Our moving has been very delayed and we still currently do not have a shower. While we love to support small businesses in town, I would NEVER recommend them. If they had been honest I would never write a review . There is nothing honest about this company. We are incredibly disappointed and hope to save someone else the headache. It is not worth it to save money if they are cheaper.

  Ken and his crew did a wonderful job on two different jobs for us. The engineered hard wood floating floor upstairs and the luxury vinyl in the basement.

  Very friendly and accommodating. Installers were neat and friendly and did a great job. Couldn't ask for better. Would recommend Herks to friends and family. 30 + years experience shows.
