  As first time home owners we didn't know what to expect from this experience. Loyalty to Neighbor was recommended to us by a trusted home inspector that had the company replace the roof on his own mother's home- pretty good rec. Loyalty to Neighbor's project manager, Amilcar Hernandez, came over and carefully inspected our roof. Within two days he sent us an itemized quote of what all needed to be fixed and how much each item would cost. He even brought large shingle samples so we could compare how the colors would look with our red brick home. He took the time to answer all our questions and put our minds at ease knowing this would be done with a highly trained and insured team. Once the weather cleared up, about three weeks after our initial inspection, the team had safely delivered supplies and completed the roof replacement in a single day! The team was incredibly efficient all while being thoughtful of our garden. I walked around the house after they left and didn't find hardly any work debris! I would recommend Loyalty to Neighbor to anyone looking for a professional team that will be honest and upfront throughout the process. Our home was built in 1947, the roof was not up to code, and there was water leaking into the attic. As we didn't have soffits, they cleverly installed specialized ventilation along the ridgeline and down towards the bottom of the roof. This improved ventilation created a noticable difference in the air quality of our home. Heaven knows how old the roof was- but now it will last up to 50 years! Huge ROI quality from this team and we're extremely pleased with the outcome of their labor!
