  Just plain easy, as it’s always been and that is why we continue to trust Nixco! They just do things right. I will never use another company in Cincinnati for plumbing!

  The tech arrived a little after noon without a text as to what time he would be here and sent no picture ID. The onlyvreason we had him come in was that he was driving a Ken Neyer Plumbing Truck! Our request was to have your company gives us a quote for additional discharge drains to be added to our existing sump pump basin, with a new battery backup sump pump. Evidently, that was not in his description of the service call. He basically was here to sell a high end sump pump and a service package. After explaining what our request was he said that was the excavator group, and made notes as to having Jeremy contact us and asked for dates that would work for us that week and the following week, and there would not be an additional service fee. After waiting two weeks we have not heard from anyone, thus the reason for my delay in your survey. Kind regards! Lynn Thompson

  Fast appointment slot but their pricing is INSANE. They tried to charge over $400 to replace a shutoff valve for a toilet. Wondering if this is due to the recent sale/acquisition. Unless you’re in a pinch, I’d consider a company more reasonable unless you enjoy overpaying for services

  The professional from Nixco that came out to check on my water heater was great! He assessed everything and gave me solid options. I ended up getting a new water heater and several areas brought into the current century! Once corroded systems that no one has wanted to touch for the past 10 years (like the main water shut off valve to the house!) are now perfectly streamlined and easy to use! I am thrilled with the results, and appreciate how professional and personable they were!

  I recently requested a quote from Nixco Plumbing for a new water heater, following an assessment by another company. Kris from Nixco took the time to thoroughly understand the issues with my current system. After I mentioned that the expansion tank had previously failed a test—despite seeming fine after I inflated it—he carefully checked both the tank and the overall water pressure. Kris quickly identified that the tank hadn't been sufficiently inflated, which likely contributed to the issue. He also checked my water heater and noted that there does not seem to be any issues with it and recommended me to keep on using it instead of jumping into a hasty purchase that could cost me thousands of dollars. I truly appreciate his honesty, thoroughness, and professionalism in diagnosing the real problem rather than just trying to sell me new equipment. Highly recommend!
