  We called hoping for a same day fix for a lack of water pressure in our house. Ken Neyer Plumbing came out an hour after I called, knew what the problem was right away and fixed it. Doug was incredibly patient and knowledgable. He had everything finished in under an hour

  NixCo is the real deal. They assess my plumbing problem promptly scheduled a time to fix it and Did so several thousand dollars less than another company said would need to be done. The first company said I needed 4 feet of pipe replaced for my basement drain when all that was needed was a new drain. The employees were all very friendly and helpful and didn’t try to sell me more than what I needed. I am very satisfied with the work and will definitely use them in the future for any Plumbing needs I may have. They even went to extra measures to make sure that the dust and debris from the work they needed to do to replace some concrete would be at a minimum. If you want honesty and quality work, they are who you would want to call.

  Dre and Damian came out to help with two issues with my bathtub: a leaky shower valve and slow draining. They were friendly and polite, and successfully addressed both problems, clearly explaining each step of the repair. They also did a nice job of cleaning up after their work.

  Our hot water heater went out right before the holiday weekend. I called Ken Neyer Plumbing, and Dre and Noah took care of it. They showed up early, gave us an estimate, went back to the warehouse for the special power flow water heater that was required, and did a very clean install. All of this was done in a few hours. Dre and Noah were super personable, explained everything, and were very conscientious in their work. I am a very happy customer and will surely continue to call Ken Neyer Plumbing for any needs going forward!

  I used Ken Neyer Plumbing several years ago to replace a house trap. I had a recent followup to inspect the sewer lateral and it was determined it needed to be replaced. The estimate to replace the sewer lateral was emailed quickly; however, after reading the estimate I noticed the ADDITIONAL CHARGES clause related to excavation. After speaking with the technician, it was clarified that the estimate was submitted without determining where utilities were and that their location might balloon the project cost by 35%. I was a bit surprised they would submit an incomplete estimate and while I understand final cost estimates vary (10%-15% seems reasonable), not by 35%.
