  Dre was the plumber that assisted with my pipe leak in my bathroom ceiling. Noah and Doug assisted him later in the day. I was pleased with the overall results and services from Dre. He was professional and polite, provided adequate communication with what was going on and appropriate estimated time of service when I asked. I would recommend him to others and I’m appreciative of everyone’s help. I also appreciated them cleaning my home after service (job required them to cut my ceiling and dry wall).

  Buyer beware! Ken Neyer has merged with another company and their rates have gone up significantly. Had I known this before, I would have gone with another plumber, but there’s no clear information about this on their website since I don’t think they want to advertise this. Great job by August and D. They were friendly and professional and got our drains fixed! I have nothing but positive things to say about the Ken Neyer plumbing staff - they have always been great and I have used them for many years. However, after paying $850 for a 2 hour job to clear two bathroom drains, I can’t in good conscience use them any more or recommend their services going forward. Their fees are excessive and predatory. Please do your research and go with a reasonably priced, locally-owned plumber.

  Our condo did a sewer main line inspection to get ahead of any issues. They were Speedy and professional. Very thorough. Much appreciated

  I recently needed help with my water heating unit (Navien tankless), and the experience turned into a roller coaster. I reached out to three companies, a large-scale company, a mid-sized company, and finally a local company, that is Nexco Plumbing. The first two immediately pushed for a full replacement costing several thousand dollars. They even tried to sell me a new water heater and a water softener, despite the fact that I already have a OneFlow® Anti‑Scale System. It felt overwhelming and honestly discouraging. Then I met Kris Bole from Nixco/ Neyer Plumbing. His honesty was a breath of fresh air. He took the time to actually inspect my unit, explain what was happening, and reassure me that I didn’t need a new system at all. All it required was a minor repair and a routine cleaning — nothing more. His straightforward approach saved me thousands of dollars and gave me real peace of mind. It’s rare to find a company that puts integrity before profit, but Nexco truly did. I’m deeply grateful for their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for customers. I highly recommend them.

  Dre and Noah inspected our water heater and pressure release valve coming into the house and gave us a clear picture of what needed to be replaced and why. After answering our initial questions, they completed the work successfully and showed us what worked. They took their time in listening to our questions and provided full satisfaction. We are very happy to have called Neyer Plumbing and they arrived within 1.5 hours of our call. Thank you so much!!! Jacinte and Larry
