  First off let me say August and Noah was great super nice they came in and laid it out for us no gimmicks no upsale nothing they informed us of what was going on they fixed the problem and even cleaned up after themselves. They didn't take long a hour tops. Ima stick to Neyer plumbing for now on

  Neyer was quick in their response time and getting a technician out right away. Doug L was quick and efficient, very friendly and thorough. He explained everything that would need to be done and gave us different options. I will definitely use Neyer again in the future & hope we get Doug L again!

  Mark and Noah repaired a few water leaks today May 7 for Richard Joesting at 3309 Cherryridge Drive, North Bend. It was a pleasure working with the both of them. They were professional and personable. They diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. We chose Neyer Plumbing because of the support they provide to St Joseph Church in North Bend. If fact I worked with Janet on the parish finance committee for a few years many years ago. (Tell her Hi for me!) Also while I have you attention, the person I spoke to when I called very personable.   I found a leak in my basement and called Ken Neyer plumbing to have them come out. I made the call around 9 a.m. and they had someone there before 1p.m. Demondre Jones was who came out and I’m glad that he did. He found the issue quickly and had it fixed even quicker. Demondre was very professional and a super nice guy. I highly recommend this company and if I have any further issues I will be calling them and asking for Demondre to come out. This is for him GO STEELERS

  August and Noah were awesome. They were able to use a hydro-jet to help get water flowing out of my basement to the street. August then continued a video inspection on the line out the the street and discovered a blockage under the street. He went the extra mile and contacted MSD and opened a work order to have them start the repair process. He thoroughly documented (video and pics) the issue and sent the information to MSD. We got amazing service. You could tell August and Noah take a lot of pride in their work.
