The office/sales staff was extremely kind and helpful, and they helped me structure my boom lift rental to save me money. They didn't have the item I wanted to rent available for the weeks I needed it, so they gave me a superior item for the same price. The equipment was delivered exactly when promised, and was clean and in good working order. They called me the day before the lift was scheduled to be picked up to make sure I didn't need an extension and also to make sure I was good with the time they planned to arrive. Any time I need to rent equipment in the future I will use United, and I highly recommend them.
