They delivered and then some. Kraig is knowledgeable and patient through the planning and selection process and prompt with follow-up. The installers(Nick, Erik and Alex)are meticulous in their craftsmanship. The Floor King brought us a beautiful result at a competitive price. Bravo!

I've hired a few contractors over the past few weeks and most have left me disappointed. These guys though were by far the smoothest and best choice I made, by a mile. To say I was stressed about it (this was an unexpected project due to damage) would be an understatement, but they made the process easy throughout. The owner, Karam, patiently gave us options and professional advice which made choosing the products way less overwhelming. Communication throughout was also excellent. The flooring products are high quality, the price was great, and they even went above and beyond to get everything installed promptly. There was a plank that got damaged during another part of our repair and I swear they were back almost immediately to fix it! The crew was friendly and professional, and our basement floors look amazing . Highly recommend!
