  They were on time and were extremely personable. Explained everything that they were doing and made me feel at ease in fixing my issues. A great experience and I will most definitely use this company and hopefully John and Joe the next time I need it.

  Plunger Plumber was great, Alan knew what he was doing, installed the new shower in difficult conditions and never even whined about. Great job.

  Allen was absouletly fantasic doing plumbering repairs at my house. He definetly went above and beyond. You are very lucky to have such a great guy workng for you!!!! I will for sure use plunger plumber for all my plumbering jobs and would request Allen to do the repairs!!!!

  Had the absolute worst experience with them. Completely unprofessional company. Wouldn’t recommend if you value your time. I called this company to find and repair a leak my property has. My appointment was set they gave me a window of 1-3pm. I called at 3 when no one showed up. They said they were running late but would be there soon. I said ok no worries, I informed them it was important they show up today because I had to drive 3.5 hours to get to the property and needed to drive back 3.5 hours the same night, it’s a multi family property so I had to schedule and let the tenants know a plumber would be coming. It’s a lot to coordinate. At roughly 6pm the company called me and said they weren’t coming. They were rude and did not care how much they inconvenienced me and my tenants. This is not an acceptable customer service or professional way to conduct business, especially knowing all of the facts they just don’t care about the customer. Not only did they waste my time but the gas and mileage to drive for a set appointment they didn’t honor. The audacity and complete disregard for their customers is astonishing and appalling. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

  We met with Joe on Wednesday afternoon (while still waiting on a company that we have a contract with to return my call) while our yard and driveway was flooded.. Joe was up front, honest, trustworthy. They pulled permits, 811, etc, and showed up promptly 8am today. Robert, Frank, Alontay, and Paul were fabulous! They explained everything before they started; then explained everything as they went along. The service was excellent, the customer service is excellent! Most importantly- they take pride in doing Quality work, and it shows! I will only go with this company! Thank you.. Russ and Lori Bachman
