  I hired Cleveland Glass Block to install windows in my basement Tony did everything that he said he would do. When they came to install they knew exactly what they were doing and the job was done on time!!! I would tell anyone looking for glass block to hire this company!!!

  We contacted this company regarding the replacement of four glass block basement windows. During the initial visit, their technician incorrectly measured the windows despite clear instructions regarding which windows required replacement. A second visit was then scheduled to remeasure the windows; however, additional confusion remained, and a third appointment was requested. I attempted to accommodate the scheduling request by offering availability after dropping a child off at school. During that conversation, the owner responded unprofessionally, stated that he could not work around other people’s schedules, expressed frustration regarding the repeated measurement issues, and ultimately declined the project before abruptly ending the call. The scope of work was straightforward: four glass block windows with vents located above two basement laundry sinks. We were cooperative and flexible throughout the process, and the repeated measurement errors were not caused by us. As property owners with multiple properties, we value professionalism, communication, and reliability when selecting contractors. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be using this company for future projects .
