  We were impressed with both Derek‘s knowledge base and professionalism, and are so grateful to have our air conditioner working again! It was an absolute pleasure to meet Derek, and we would very much like to have him as our service technician going forward. He is truly an asset to the company.

  I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated Sam’s service. He came in an emergency situation on a very, very hot day. He was friend, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He went out of his way to make things right and arranged for other necessary service. Thanks so much.

  Yesterday morning we had awoken to a complete lack of hot water. Upon further investigation I discovered a disaster scene in our basement. It was bad enough having to deal with that situation but realizing our hot water heater was done for good was even worse. I immediately called Verne and Ellsworth Hann. Carmen and Walter came out this morning and gave me a quote. Long story short, by 3:00 today I was taking a hot shower. They worked extremely fast and were very professional. They explained the pricing, the installation process, and the new equipment’s operations thoroughly. I highly recommend Verne and Ellsworth Hann.

  The AC Tech from Vern and Ellsworth Hahn arrived on time, we'll prepared to diagnose my AC failure. His tech skills AND his people skills are excellent. He took time to share his diagnosis with me and my home warranty company and I will be getting new AC unit from his company.

  It was an awesome experience from when I first called the company through the job completion. The project manager came when scheduled to evaluate our needs. The company sent reminder texts and emails for the appointment. The project manager called when he was on his way. Cost estimates and options were emailed shortly after the project evaluation. We were able to talk about the options with the project manager while he was still at our house. The two boiler installers showed up when scheduled and did an excellent job over two days as scheduled. They were professional and very friendly. They worked well together. The installation is very clean. They ran new plumbing around boiler and cleaned up the existing plumbing they needed to connect to. I couldn’t be happier with the installation.
