  Each V&EH technician that has come for our Spring and Fall maintenance checks have helped me learn more about how to get the most out of the furnace and AC that the firm installed a few years ago. Most recently, Derek took it up a notch and really helped me to understand better ways to run the system for efficiency and longevity. I make an effort to be available when the techs come because they leave me with knowledge as well as confidence for the next season. Appreciated, Richard

  Prompt and good quality service. Had a part go bad in furnace and we were without heat. They were able to get to us in a reasonable time frame. The part was still under warranty and they took care of ordering it, and called us to schedule the repeat visit came in. Sam took care of the new part installation efficiently. He even explained a couple things to my curious kid. I'm glad we have heat again and before it got too cold!

  This was my first experience with Verne and Ellsworth Hann . I received reminders of impending appt and notice of early arrival time via phone and text . Jeff , the technician was courteous and professional. He did a thorough check on the furnace . Their Maintenance Plan is reasonably priced .This was a great first impression.

  Jeff was the technician that serviced our boiler. I asked if he would mind if I watched him work. He said it was no problem and proceeded to explain to me everything that he was doing. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I feel lucky to have had him in my house. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone.

  I just wrote a very positive review that did not post. Now I will rewrite what I wrote to some degree. Paul was the technician that Verne Ellsworth sent out. I was extremely pleased with his knowledge of my heating system including my thermostat issue. He diagnosed my problem almost immediately which was replacing an old thermostat. Within minutes I was given an all-inclusive price for a thermostat replaced, I agreed and immediately Paul went to work. He was able to simplify my new thermostat thereby making it easier for me to handle. This work was done, I was handed a bill reflecting the amount I had agreed to and Paul was on his way out. I specifically asked for his card in hopes that a review would be asked of me. I am happy to write this review about a good man. Thanks you mary sims
