  Love our Tobacco Road & Stone LVP flooring from Johnson's Flooring! Great experience from start to finish! Donna was very knowledgable on the flooring products and worked with us to get an idea of colors, flooring styles, pros/cons, and a good opening estimate of the various options! Once we decided Jeff came out and spent some time with us measuring and going over the installation details and his recommendations and then provided an estimate and worked with us to finalize plans and estimate. We did 9 areas with 2 different LVP flooring types and carpeted the stairs leading down to our basement. They were able to meet the days we wanted for installation and finished the job a full day ahead of the schedule. The installation team was great, very friendly, worked hard and cleaned up the work area each evening. All the trim and detail work was outstanding!!! We had the install done 6 months ago and to this day we have not found a spot that wasn't down well and the flooring has held up well and looks great!!! Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price!! Thank you Jeff, Donna & Team!!!

  We recently had Johnson's install new sheet vinyl flooring in our two bathrooms. The process from start to finish was a breeze. They have a nice showroom of flooring to choose from as well as polite and professional employees. The two guys that installed the flooring were great! They did a wonderful job. We couldn't be happier. When we're ready for our next flooring project, we'll definitely be going back to them.

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We are so very happy with the new vinyl flooring in our living room, hallway's and half bath. From the first time in the store (and two additional times after that) to the job completion, everyone we dealt with was so helpful. The workmanship and attention to detail is over the top, our new flooring looks wonderful! They also fixed some imperfections that we've lived with for years. Jeff, Alex, and Seth did the install and were so professional, patient and thoughtful. Yes, thoughtful... they put the new felt furniture pads on the bottom of some of the furniture that my husband hadn't got done yet, without him knowing. That is going above and beyond in our book! We will definitely recommend them to anyone and without a doubt use them for all our flooring needs in the future!

  I performed quite a lengthy research in seeking a company to install carpeting in three areas of my home. I am also interested in doing business with local companies. I was hesitant in the beginning as I entered Johnson’s flooring in Clayton, Ohio knowing how important first impressions are. The older gentleman who met with me actually put my mind at ease. He was very pleasant, patient and helpful to me. This was my first time considering such a task as purchasing carpet..He asked questions of me regarding what kind of carpet I was interested in. We talked, he listened to me and shared a variety of sample styles that I may want to consider. We met in at least 3 occasions. His demeanor with me was always the same. Very kind and considerate. I finally decided after meeting with him that I would choose Johnson’s Flooring to purchase and install my carpet. The installers arrived on the day I was given. They began work immediately removing furniture, the old carpeting and preparation and installation. They replaced the furniture and swept. Overall, they did a great job. I am enjoying my carpeting very much. I would highly recommend Johnson’s Flooring. I am so pleased to support Johnson’s Flooring in Clayton, Ohio.
