  Just ordered my new shed. Kyle was very helpful with what add-ons I should do and what I didn't need to do. I'm very excited about getting my new shed! Although..... things have gone very poorly since I gave this review and paid my deposit. Have heard from anyone for weeks and the one guy that did come out said the shed won't fit where I want it to and no one has called me or offered my downpayment back.

  Jen & her team have been fantastic! From order to install - it took less than a week. Jen and her team have communicated very thoroughly through the process, answered all of our questions and delivered on everything!! Thumbs up, and will use them again! 👍👍👍👍👍

  Horrible. Delay after delay. First Tuff Shed delays, then the installer calls me saying "my body is wrecked and I have no help." I mean I feel bad on the one hand, but I also lost 2 vacation days waiting for install days they chose to just be moved again and again. UPDATE: Kudos to Tuff Shed for making it right in the end.

  Excuses after excuses on a timely installation. We ordered the shed in June of 2020 and knew up front that it would take a while for the install date due to the pandemic but November? Fine.. Initial install was for November 2, they had to reschedule it to the 11th because one of their many contractors had to quarantine for 2 weeks. Day before it was to be installed they called to reschedule yet again this time because one of their many contractors had a broken down truck that had been waiting on parts for over 10 days and still wouldn't be able to get it done on time. You pay over $6k for a product and then get nothing but excuses from the management controlling the installs. This company is managed poorly. As for the product? Who knows? I haven't seen it yet. UPDATE: April 2021 The shed was installed finally (in November of 2020) and the guy that installed it was great. The shed is built well with one exception; The hardware they used (primarily the screws) is completely inadequate for the shed. I've had to reposition all of the hinges (6) and replace all of the screws in each one because they weren't stout enough to hold the weight of the doors. I got 4 foot doors and they're very heavy. I've only had the shed installed 6 months and today i noticed the heads on one of hinges had all completely snapped off. Upon inspection of the others i found several of the screws were broken and ready to fall out at any minute. Unfortunately, they used these same screws throughout the shed build so I anticipate the whole thing some day just caving in on itself.
