  We had our bathroom ventilation fixed by SWORD to vent to the outside instead of the attic. The scheduling is a bit of a process due to it being weather permitting so you really won’t know until the week of that you are next in line. Other than that I felt that it was a fair price and everything looked good. They matched the shingles perfect and let me know about other issues I wouldn’t have noticed myself.

  Excellent job from sales to installation! Crew did an excellent job of taking care of our landscaping and cleaning up after the job. Ethan did a great job of keeping us informed on how the job was progressing and what they found and fixed during the installation. I highly recommend them!

  Did a awesome job not only on roof but communication. It looks fantastic and if there was something fixed we where notified which i appreciated.

  Justin is a true pro. We found our vent pipe boot leaking, so we reached out over the weekend to see if they had any availability to come out before the upcoming rounds of storms. Justin responded right away, told me when he would be available to come out, and stayed true to his word. From the initial communication, to arrival and completion, Justin was a true professional. I will not hesitate to reach out to SWORD the next time we need them; and you shouldn’t either.

  Thank you for doing an amazing job. I appreciate it. You deserve the 5 stars. My only constructive criticism is maybe doing an extra run through of cleanup at the end. You left behind a broken garbage can and we have been magnet fishing nails the last few days. Its minor in the grand scheme of things. If anyone asks, I would reccomend Sword Roofing. Very professional and very great work. They are very fair in pricing. Im going to most likely ask them to do my gutters next. Thank you again.
