  My family and I have been with Quality Comfort Home Services (QCHS) for 4 years or so. I recall around December 2021/2022, it got so cold in the Cincinnati area that several homes including our home's heaters were affected. I called several places and they were booked out by days or even weeks. QCHS came to our aid. Since then, we have enrolled in their routine summer/winter maintenance program. All the servicemen have been very personable and honest and the customer support and communication have been great. My main form of communication is texting and I appreciate how QCHS is very on top of their communication. My family truly appreciates their care. We look forward to continue being a member.

  I am happy to share my experience with QCHS. My installers, Brian and Alex, were courteous, friendly, and very efficient with the installation, finishing well within the time promised. Jordan, my initial contact person, kept me informed from estimate to end of installation. My entire experience with all involved, including support staff was, A+. No, I am not a school educator, just a satisfied customer.

  It was ok. I asked about why air still come through the vent even though it’s shut off or automatic never got an answer. So now I have to call another hvac company. I was told about some other problems and was told the price. One was a simple fix and I save my self $331. Those things that was offer had nothing to do with the question I also the technician. Air flow wasn’t a problem I had plenty of air flow. Another HVAC company already confirmed my solution. There is no reason for further discussion. Because the original notes have nothing to do what was asked on scene and the reply I got.

  We just had the technician, Alec, take a look at our mini-splits to see if they needed cleaning or servicing. Alec was friendly, polite, and took the time to listen to our concerns. He then explained, in layman’s terms, how the system works, what we need to watch for, and how to properly maintain it to help prevent costly repairs or replacement. He was also very transparent about potential services and pricing, which we really appreciated. If all of their technicians are as knowledgeable, relatable, and down-to-earth as Alec, then Quality Comfort has an outstanding team representing their business. We’ll definitely be reaching out to them for any future HVAC needs.

  Update: Hi Quality Comfort Home Services Team! I appreciate the response to my review, although I’m a little surprised I received one here and not to the email I sent in an attempt to resolve this before leaving a review. Guess I'll respond here instead. The facts remain pretty simple. There was no vibration prior to the duct cleaning. This can be confirmed by your own technician did not document any vibration before completing service. However he did leave multiple holes in the return ductwork that your second technician had to patch. Additionally, no one serviced the system between the duct cleaning and the 3rd technician Quality Comfort Home Services sent to resolve the issue. Please check your notes again. Honestly, the gaslighting and lack of ownership in how this was handled is disappointing. Especially after I made a genuine effort to resolve this with you directly before posting a review. At this point, I’ll leave the facts here and let future customers decide for themselves. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Original: I hired Quality Comfort for what should have been a routine air duct cleaning. Instead, it turned into multiple service calls, conflicting diagnoses, and nearly a month of frustration. Before the cleaning, my furnace worked perfectly. Immediately afterward, it began vibrating so violently it shook the floor. Quality Comfort returned twice found holes in the duct that the original technician failed to patch but couldn't identify the real problem. Instead, I was told I needed over $1,600 in repairs and should consider replacing my HVAC system entirely. After seeking a second opinion, an independent HVAC contractor found debris in the blower assembly that had most likely been introduced during the duct cleaning. The contractor cleaned the blower and the vibration disappeared immediately. I understand mistakes happen. What I don't understand is how a routine duct cleaning turned into weeks of stress, multiple visits, expensive repair recommendations, and hiring another contractor to fix the problem. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Quality Comfort.
