We were do for our yearly furnace check -up. Your technician Rob did a great job of checking all of the furnace systems. He found one wire issue that may be a concern in the future. We are checking into it this week. I was pleased with his communication skills and his overall product knowledge of how the furnace and A/C work. Will request him in the future. Bill

Quality Comfort is a top notch company. I've been having them do my HVAC tune ups for several years and their Techs are very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, professional. They are not high pressure sales people, they just give you their report and let you decide what you want to do if anything is needed. I bought a plan they have that's only $199.00 a year which includes the two tune ups a year (spring and fall) as well as a whole house plumbing inspection and it included flushing my hot water heater at no additional cost. That plan gives at least a10% discount on any work you have them do if they find anything during the inspection. I'll be using their services from now on. Give them a call when you need someone you can trust!

Techs were friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and backed up issues with real time photos and video images. Will certainly use their services again! BTW, they do plumbing also.

I was really in a bind when my air conditioner went out in 90 degree temperatures. I contacted a company that I have used before and they couldn’t come out for 4 days. Luckily I contacted Quality Air in Blue Ash. Johnathan was here in a few hours and did a fantastic job. I was worried because my unit is 16 yrs old. Johnathan did not push to sell me a new one and really worked hard to get the one working. I will definitely call Quality Air when I do need this one replaced. Also I’d like to give their customer service a A + family owned business they are great! Thank You Quality Air! I
