  Called to have the Air Conditioning unit checked as it didn’t seem to be cooling. I was able to get a technician scheduled in short turn around. Michael the technician pulled into the driveway exactly when he said he would be here. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Michael than did a quick survey of our home and made suggestions on how to more efficiently and effectively cool the house including the second floor. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and was focused on those things that could make our home more comfortable. I will most certainly be using Michael in the future.

  I came home in the middle of summer and my air was out. Called and had a tech at my house within the hour. Justin was extremely great. Pinpointed where my problem was and had it fixed the same day abd was done quickly. I 100% will be calling again when I need help again.

  They are extremely pushy on trying to sell you stuff you don't need. They use the scare tactics to try and get you to get everything they recommend. I also bought my house a few years ago and they had said my unit was only 3 years old at the time. Now it's 6 years old, but the guy supposedly ran our serial number and said our unit was 14 years old. I wasn't too confident that was true, so I went to the manufacturers website and ran the serial number, and sure enough. It's only 6 years old. Won't be using this company in the future.

  Shawn went above and beyond to make me feel confident that my HVAC unit will not have another major issue. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated that he did not skip steps or try to rush through the job—he took the time to be thorough and make sure everything was properly reviewed and addressed. A shoutout as well to his colleagues, Jason M and Bart, for their help in identifying and resolving the unit issues. I also want to recognize manager Jason C for the overall customer service and support. I truly could not be more satisfied with the comprehensive review that was performed by One Hour H&AC and the level of care shown by the team. This kind of service has become rare, and it absolutely stood out. Bravo!
