The only thing we were disappointed in was the time it took to get a part that was in stock in Sharonville (~10 miles away). We were asked to pay $350 to have shipping expedited for a part that could have been picked up in less than 30 min and $5 in gas. The cost of the shipping seemed like a money grab for a part that should not have died to begin with. Our AC unit, installed by National, is only 3 years old so I would have thought National would have tried a little harder to help a customer, instead of trying to get an additional $350 from them. Next time I will go with a company that has better labor warranties and customer service for the life of the product, not just during the initial sale.
