Ethan, the technician, was excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and did exactly what he was supposed to do. No complaints at all about his work or demeanor. However, after evaluating my system, I was told I needed a new hot water heater and was quoted around $7,000. After getting other estimates, I found I could have a tankless water heater installed for the same price, which didn’t make sense to me. I attempted to discuss pricing with management, but there was no flexibility or willingness to work with me. Because of that, I canceled my maintenance plan and chose to go with another company for the installation. Again, Ethan did a great job—but the pricing and lack of responsiveness from management ultimately led me to take my business elsewhere.

They went above and beyond to ensure everything was working correctly before they left, and we were extremely pleased with the results.
