- MAMona AshMay 4, 20265.0Preston came to look at a broken indoor outlet, a non-functioning driveway light and an exterior outlet that wasn't working any more. He asked the right questions and answered all of mine fully and clearly. Everything was straightforward except the exterior outlet which was impossible to follow without tearing out drywall. Preston tried everything then came up a plan B and saved our walls by running another line to that outlet. We have deck lights again and we're so grateful to Preston! We'll definitely call Mister Sparky with any future needs and ask if we can have Preston as the tech again since he was so great to work with.

He performed warranty work today with parts obtained from a supplier. This warranted work was a direct result of his original diagnosis. He came in today and we were in a time crunch and Patrick did his job and met our time crunch in a safe and effective manner. That was our main concern, that his work didn’t compromise safety on his account. All in all this experience was my second encounter with Mr. Sparky electrical service at it was out standing.
