  We recently had a complete, brand-new HVAC system installed in our older home. From start to finish, the entire team was amazing What stood out most was their attention to detail during the planning phase. They took the time to map everything out thoroughly, addressed all of our questions, and kept us fully informed every step of the way so we always knew what to expect. The installation crew was equally fantastic. They were always punctual, incredibly professional, and respectful of our home throughout the entire process. The quality of their work is exceptional and we couldn’t be happier with our new system.

  Cooper from Knock Knock Heating & Cooling was exceptional in his inspection of my elderly friend's home. He communicated with me that our concern was not warranted and that everything HVAC related was on point. Then, he offered a solution to our problem and connected us with a reputable electrician, who we ended up contracting to do the work. Thanks, Cooper, for having integrity and treating my friend like family.

  I had an issue with a clogged mini-split, and Alec from Knock Knock Heating & Cooling was absolutely amazing! Since I was out of town, he had to communicate directly with my tenant, and he was extremely patient, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. The price was great, and he went above and beyond to make sure the job gets completed tomorrow at no additional charge. That kind of customer service is hard to find! Thank you so much, Alec, for being dependable, honest, and easy to work with. I truly appreciate you!
