  Alec was very nice and professional! Took time to explain things and didn't rush when I was explaining my situation. You could tell that this company truly cares not only about the job but about their customers also! I would highly recommend them for any heating and air conditioning services!! To sum it it up. They're a small company that goes above and beyond what other companies do! Probably the best company I've ever dealt with!

  Had an excellent experience with the guys. They answered the phone, had clear communication, very prompt and timely with repairs and helped me understand the whole process. Alec was a true professional and insisted on soldiering through the repair on my condenser in the middle of a summer downpour. It was a great first experience, and I will call these guys without hesitation for any future needs. I highly recommend Knock Knock HVAC.

  We had our A/C go out on a Monday evening, so I called Knock Knock first thing Tuesday morning. They had Cooper out that afternoon to diagnose the problem, and by that evening he had presented me with several options and quotes. On Thursday morning, Cooper, Alec, and Max arrived at my house around 7:00 a.m. to install the new system. They worked all day and didn’t leave until the job was completely finished around 7:00 p.m. Throughout the entire process, I was impressed with Knock Knock’s professionalism, communication, timeliness, and dedication. A big thank you to Cooper, Alec, and Max for making a stressful situation much easier. 5/5—highly recommend!

  Cooper came to my house to evaluate a "through the wall" AC/Heater. He was very personable and answered all my questions. Was able to determine an electrical problem and can repair that. Found a compatible unit that will fit my wall opening. Also offered me a free house AC/ Furnace check. I highly recommend Knock Knock heating and ac company if you need a fair, prompt check up.
