  Steve P came to our house, we discussed the job, he made valid suggestions and sent a proposal, which we accepted. He was accurate about everything from the estimated start date to the total time it would take (actually they finished 1 day sooner, so even better). Everything went exactly as promised. Professional bid, professional craftsmanship, professional result.

  Hicon did some restoration work on my 100 year old Victorian house with a stone foundation. From start to finish they were extremely professional, and great communicators. The customer service was top notch! I can’t say enough good things about them. They walked me through every step and made sure that every detail was covered. They addressed every question I had. They were able to start fairly quickly and got the job done very efficiently. The tuck pointing looks great. You wouldn’t even know it wasn’t the original work. I was very happy with it. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again when my old house inevitably needs more TLC.

  The folks at Hicon removed uneven pavers on my patio, packed new sand and gravel and relaid the pavers again, then filled all the gaps with polymer sand and when that was dry, they rolled a wet sealer over the top. It looks new again! This is the 3rd time I’ve hired Hicon and they’ve done a great job every time! Thanks!

  Wow! Hicon exceeded our expectations. The chimney and lintels look fantastic. The power washing at the end made the brick look like new. Amazed! Was thrilled they cleaned and used the old brick when possible. The mortar match of color was done with great care and precision. Great value for the price and expertise!
