Had a small misunderstanding with the appointment time in the beginning, but the office staff apologized and kept me updated instead of leaving me waiting all day. Once the plumber arrived, he fixed the blocked shower drain quickly and even tested the water pressure afterward to make sure everything was flowing correctly.

I contacted this company after hearing dripping sounds behind the kitchen wall for two days. The plumber located the leak faster than I expected and cut a very small opening instead of tearing apart the entire wall. He worked carefully around the cabinets and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving the house.

We had a great experience with Feichtner Plumbing. They arrived on time, and provided fast service without compromising quality. We had several issues throughout our house — all were fixed and we haven’t had issues since. Their pricing was very reasonable with no billing surprises. Their team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Feichtner Plumbing to others and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Dan and Greg at Feichtner Plumbing were absolutely incredible. Unlike many of the mega-plumbing places, they are not out to rip people (women in particularly) off, but rather to help. When I first called with my issue, Dan answered the phone and I explained all of the things I've already tried and he mentioned one more thing I could try on my own. When that didnt work, I called back and he sent out Greg who diagnosed the leak pretty quickly and gave me my options. We did end up getting a whole new tub/shower, and it all happened before any of the other plumbers were even able to come out and look at the leak (like- they had me scheduled for March and April!?!?). But overall, I appreciate that both of the men at that company that I came into contact with did not underestimate my knowledge and ability because I was a woman. It is rare and refreshing to find such a company these days, and I'm glad I did. Side note- I wanted to do a little bit of demo on my own for this project- they said SURE! Then, after I was finished, I quickly found out this is harder work than any of us non-manual-labor-people ever realized! And then the prices of the jobs all made sense to me!! Thanks Dan and Greg!
