  We had a great experience with Cutting Edge Flooring. Gavin was stellar in his communication with us. He was so patient as we struggled through choosing our flooring seemingly changing our minds every day. Everything went smoothly and we love how the floors have updated our home! Thank you!   Personable, staff who prepare you for the job. Jill and Gavin are amazing when assisting you. Diligent workers that are focused and dedicated. William, Alec and Eduardo payed attention to details and asked if it meets your approval every step of the way. I highly recommend this company. They are 5 Stars plus.

  We had a great experience with Cutting Edge. I worked with Gavin who was great with communication for each step of the process. We had Cutting Edge rip out all of the carpet in our house, replace some of it (hardwood under most), and put down LVT in the foyer, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. We will go back to them again with future flooring needs!

  Cutting Edge Flooring did exceptional work tearing out my old tile floor and replacing it with beautiful vinyl planks! Gavin, my main contact person, was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the products they offer. He made me feel at ease and under no pressure while I took my time selecting my flooring color and style. His communication and customer service skills are excellent! His crew arrived on time and completed my job in about a day and a half. Very friendly, courteous crew worked very hard and completely cleaned up the area afterwards. I highly recommend Cutting Edge Flooring for exceptional customer service as well as professional workmanship! The crew members take great pride in their work and it shows! Great experience all the way around!

  Getting a new floor can be a journey, and an expensive one, but that journey was made much easier thanks to Gavin and Marco (along with his team) at Cutting Edge. I bought a new condo that had a beautiful white oak floor that aged well for most of the space, except the bedroom. The previous owners must have run out of money when they got to the bedroom, it has this nasty green carpet, yellow walls, and some of the corners had tile under it. Awful. The John Deere lookin room had to go. Coming from an apartment into ownership, I had a lot to learn, but thanks to a recommendation from Reddit, I found cutting edge flooring and Gavin helped me out. I went to the store, found a floor, and everything was ordered and ready to go. He also was very helpful at explaining things on the invoice that didn't make sense to me, walking me through each item and why it was needed. Due to a delay on the vendor side, the original floor I had ordered was pushed back by several weeks. What was originally planned to be a floor install before moving into the new place turned into living without a bedroom for a while. However, a call to Gavin and he cancelled the order and we looked at an alternative floor that would arrive much quicker, and ended up overall being a better fit for my needs and the room. When it came to install time, Marco and his team were fast and efficient. There were a couple minor issues that happened due to the floor settling after install, and they came back out to fix the issues and make everything look wonderful. They were kind, helpful, respectful of the space. If I need any future flooring projects, I know who I will call. Thanks Gavin and Marco (and his team)
