  It took several months and calls to get a commitment from Custom Home to service the elevator on a home I purchased in September 2024. To get them in December 2024 I had to purchase an agreement for a 2nd visit which I did and had to pay for both visits up front which I did even though they did not want to schedule the 2nd visit at that time. When I called back for the 2nd visit, leaving several messages, I was told they no longer had personnel to service this elevator that is less than 10 years old. When I challenged that given I know the man who serviced the elevator still works for the company they gave me the name of another company. When I asked about a refund for the 2nd visit I had already paid for they now will not support, Randi said she would get back with me. That was one week and three follow up calls ago. I would not recommend working with this company based on this experience.

  From the salesman, Kyle, to the installer, Patrick, the company was professional and easy to work with as they helped us understand the entire process, products and costs. We LOVE our Stiltz thru-car! It's modern, easy to use and perfect for our home. As we plan ahead for our elder years :-) , IT WILL WORK PERFECTLY TO HELP KEEP US IN OUR HOME FOR YEARS TO COME.

  Great service, fair price. Mike W, my service tech, was professional, knowledgeable, and agile! My elevator stopped at the upper floor. He threaded his way through the attic to reach the access hatch and elevator release quickly. The people here have serviced my elevator since installation in 2003. I am happy and recommend them.

  Very great company to deal with - very hands on from the salesman Dave to the personal in the office. Everything was done in a timely manner and very professional. The installers James and Robert was great - never made a mess and explained the operation of the unit very well. Have had the elevator about a month and it was the best decision that was made in the construction of our home . If you need a elevator I would recommend Custom Home Elevator and Lift to you.
