It was time for a complete knob and tube wiring replacement wiring of my 150-year-old home. I could not be happier with the electrical work done by Cullen Electric. There are lots of words that could describe my experience with the Cullen Electric Team but I’ll give you some here (in no particular order): prompt, commutative, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, competent, respectful, and thoughtful. Electrical work is a well-regulated practice that requires correct wire sizing, designated circuits, breaker dependent electrical load, and adherence to local zoning and the NEC Codes. Cullen Electric (like other licensed electricians would do) complied with all of these requirements. But what Cullen did was deliver it all with artistry. The wire routing, switch and outlet installation, ceiling wiring, and service panel was all done creatively to minimize wall and ceiling cuts and provide me with electrical conveniences that I had always wished for. The results exceeded, by far, my expectations. My thanks go to Lili as project lead for her creative design, knowledge and concern for my home, to Lahree for her excellent installation work, and to John, Joey, Cheyenne, Will and the others I did not meet for their support. Job well done!

Can't really recommend them. We had them out to troubleshoot some light fixtures and switches/receptacles. The 2 techs did their job fine up to the point of their supervisor saying that it would be more cost effective to rewire the lights. I was okay with that. I was promised a quote but it never came. I emailed the person who sent me the troubleshooting quote and receipt but didn't get a reply. We will unfortunately have have to go with another business. We paid over $400 just to have to start over with someone else.

We had a great experience with Lily and her team! They were communicative, professional, and did an excellent job tackling some difficult attic wiring during a heat wave. They truly went above and beyond, even calling us when they discovered an ant problem so we could take care of it right away. We had knob and tube completely removed and they took great care to minimize holes in plaster walls, as well as ensuring everything was properly cleaned up. It's clear they take pride in doing quality work and want what’s best for their customers. We highly recommend Cullen to anyone looking for a reliable electrician!
