  Thank you Jessi (from Cincinnati Glass Block) for ensuring my basement window installation was “THE BEST”. Not only were you on-time, but also called in advance to ensure I was “in-the-loop” per chance you would be detained. You had everything needed “at hand” & answered every question with assurance & smile. Not only did you complete the job in record time, but also reattached my dryer vent tube, reconnected my washer tube to the sink, put everything back in place (including my washer & dryer) & cleaned up the entire area! Thank you! The final test was this morning when it absolutely poured & not one drop of rainwater entered thru my window! WOW! Was I happy! Thank you again Jessi & thank you Cincinnati Glass Block for a great experience.

  I don’t know what happened to them but Sevice and communication went way down hill. I sub my glass block to them and my customer that was sold in March was finally scheduled for today 7/2/26 for 6 glass blocks and they said they couldn’t get ahold of the customer which they could of called us to let us know and the multiple times we contacted our customer and we had no issues with them answering. Then they said they would be there in the morning and 4 hours later they show up to only do 3 out of 6 glass blocks and told the customer to call and schedule for the rest. Well that is very unprofessional so I called Cincinnati glass block and got no answer, my service tech called and no answer and my office admin called and no answer. I will post this on all social media and BBB and will never use them again. In the home improvement industry communication is key.

  Had an appointment set up for an estimate. They were a no call, no show after I took a day off work. I called and left a voicemail, and go no response. I emailed them and again no response. Maybe try another company before using them. I dont leave reviews usually, but this was not good service.

  Mike Pelzel was a professional, personable and skilled installer. He worked alone and completed six windows in a few hours. I am very satisfied and would recommend your company to others.
