  I highly recommend Blue Chip Plumbing. Scheduling service was very easy. When Nate arrived he quickly assessed the problem and provided the cost before any work was done. He was friendly, professional and informative. The work was completed in a timely manner and he suggested ways to prevent the problem from happening again. I will definitely use Blue Chip Plumbing again when the need arises.

  Excellent work on upgrading toilet and faucet in my half bath. Chris was professional and friendly. Im thinking of using them to remodel bath and add a bath.

  Jay really knows what he's doing. He's friendly and listens well. Today, he replaced a shower faucet, a shower head, and a shower/tub faucet. A few weeks ago, he fixed a pipe that had broken 4 times in the 6 years I've lived in my condo. He was the first plumber who actually looked at what was causing the breaks rather than just fixing the broken pipe. He's thorough and cares about prevention every bit as much as he cares about fixing a current problem. I highly recommend Blue Chip and Jay.

  Blue chip has worked through issues with my sump pump and brought the manufacturer into the conversation to get things worked through. It appears that we had a unique issue with a bad part and they were communicative and helpful in exploring options to remedy the situation. While it would be great if everything worked without issue it is good to know that a company will work to make things right, even when they didn’t build the equipment. The manufacturer and manufacturer rep were also very helpful in getting things to move forward.
