  Andrew was a huge help when my sewage ejector pit started having issues. He came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and thankfully was an easy fix. I had no knowledge on how the pit worked but he helped me learn about how they work and some tips on keeping it working to help its life span. He was super knowledgeable and put some of my fears at ease. Price was very reasonable for what he worked on and for the fix which was an issues with the float. Thank you Blue Chip Plumbing and Andrew for the help!

  So far... the highest of scores for Blue Chip Plumbing... and for Tyson - the plumbing pro who met us to help fix a severed gas line. I saw an ad on TV for Blue Chip Plumbing. I was unaware of Blue Chip Plumbing prior to seeing this ad during the morning news. I happened to have an immediate need to repair a severed gas line - so I thought I would take a chance and call them. Kathy was friendly and very helpful for find a tech who could come take a look at our little gas line "problem". She assigned Tyson to the job. Tyson showed up as scheduled. Quick to help. Offered recommendations. Setting up next steps to repair/replace this broken gas line.

  The technician, Nathan, did not find anything wrong and concluded that the leak was only condensation on the pipes. He told me there would be no charge. There is not a "no charge option on the review so I chose the lowest $1 - 200. Since then I received an invoice for $196. I have responded so that this error can be corrected and the charge removed. I still have not heard back about removing the charge.
