  The company responded with the technician, Jay Westrich at our door within 4 hours of our request. We were Blessed to have Jay who has 35 years of experience. He was professional, personable and efficient in evaluating the issue and repairing it,!

  The initial scheduling process using thier digial process was frustrating and time consuming. The job probalby could have been scheduled sooner but days were lost trying to use thier digiabe process. However, the actual work performed by Cameron and Kirk was terrific. Thanks for taking the time to discuss the project and clean up afterward.

  Tyler arrived at my home in a jiffy after my call to the office. Kathy took all needed information & Tyler had in hand knowing exactly what he was walking into. Quote was given straight up, clear explanation of what the job consisted of, & time frame. New 50 gallon water heater (A O Smith) was installed professionally & the area was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. Super customer service skills. Blue Chip Plumbing will always be my go to. Thank you Tyler & Kathy for a job more than well done; it was fabulous.

  I had the pleasure of dealing with James Collin. An employee of Blue Chip Plumbing. James is an excellent person to deal with. He is prompt, effectively diagnosed my issue, throughly explained what my problem was and what type of issues it could cause in the future, also asked me if I had any questions or concerns, he listens to what you have to say, he is very professional, leaves messages if he misses you. He did an awesome job resolving my issue. If you can have this man work on your plumbing issue you are a very lucky person. Blue Chip Plumbing I hope you realize what an excellent employee you have in James Collin.
