  We moved to Cincinnati last year and have been using Apollo for everything in our home. Their technicians always seemed trustworthy and their rates have always been competitive. Our last experience had some issues but in the end they took care of us and corrected the situation. I appreciated their willingness to follow up and taking the time to understand what happened.

  From start to finish, the guys at Apollo Home were fantastic. From Austin our salesperson, who patiently sat with me until 10 pm the day our AC failed during an extreme heat spell, explaining all the options, to Austin and Logan our install team who worked on our house (which was 90 degrees indoors that day), it was a wonderful experience. Can't say enough good stuff about Apollo!

  When my hot water heater went out I thought it would be simple to replace. Not true. Apollo offer many options. Anthony came to install my new heater and was amazing. Extremely professional. He arrived on time and was took care of everything. There was a lot to do but he did it all and it looks great. Working in an old house has its challenges but he did a great job. Cleaned up perfectly. You’d never know he was hear. I’d highly recommend any time.

  Apollo Home went above and beyond with their service, professionalism and work quality !! The a/c system at my mother's home stopped working at the most inopportune time . Unfortunately my mother was at the home in Hospice care, so her comfort was #1 priority !! I made the call to Apollo that evening and the service tech was there first thing the next morning when it was decided that the 22 yr.old HVAC system was in non -repairable which I already suspected so I then opted for a total replacement. The sales representative showed up later that same morning, a comparable new system was decided on and Apollo Home was there first thing the next morning installing the system. The replacement was FAST and completed in a professional manner ! Great customer service is possible and Apollo Home proved that to me !! Thank you for that !!

  I had Apollo come in and give me an estimate on some electrical work and with exclusive member benefits I was able to save $2,000!!! The cost of membership is extremely cheap and not only that, the benefits you get could save you thousands. Not to mention the freebies.... James came to my home to give me the estimate, he was amazing! He didn't pull any punches... he told me straight up exactly what I was looking at, so there were no hidden fees no hidden anything and that is amazing to me!!! If you're looking for a company that can pretty much do it all, take care of you and ensure your home is running proper from head to toe...? These are the guys you want!!!
