  I made an appointment late the previous night. They were at my house by 8:45am the next day. They showed me everything that was wrong and bad with my water heater, explained the cost and were able to find, get, and install my water heater same day! Prices were a little high, but I'd rather pay a bit more to make sure the job is done right.

  I am a long time customer of Apollo Home and they are always prompt, communicate clearly, and are able to fix the issue. Their technicians are knowledgeable, professional, careful and respectful of our home. Having owned many older homes while a customer, it can be challenging for repairs. Apollo won’t be the least expensive repair people you call but their quality and service is worth paying for. I’ve always been happy with both the workers and their workmanship. Thank you Apollo!

  I had a sales person come out after our AC was assessed. I know the AC was dead and we needed a new one. The person who came into MY home was extremely pushy, and attempted for 20+ minutes to pressure my wife and I into agreeing to a $15k AC replacement. It got to the point I had to walk him out because he wasn’t getting the message that we weren’t interested. It was extremely predatory and unprofessional. The next day he proceeded to text me asking why I won’t be going with them and like anyone else, it’s not his business to know why and then he proceeds to text me 4 in a row stating “obviously, it was price” and “hopefully everything works out.” All he wanted to talk about was all of these 5 star google reviews and I can tell you, if this is how they treat people in their homes these reviews are either fake or they are taking advantage of people. If you look at places like Yelp you’ll see some more honest reviews which I had not seen until after this terrible experience. This was worse than trying to buy a new or used car.

  I had a great experience with Tyler Sirn. He found the electrical problem quickly and fixed it without any hassle. Beyond his technical skills, he was a pleasure to have in the house—very kind, professional, and he left the workspace spotless. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work. I’ll definitely be reaching out to him for all my future electrical projects!"

  I have to say I am very disappointed in this company. They came and installed a new water heater in my parents house and after it was installed the water pressure coming out from the facet was so little. We called them to come back to see if they installed everything correctly and they told them it was because they needed a new valve and carteriage for those faucets and it was due to sidemen's. My dad insisted they had turned something off or something wasn't installed correctly. So how do you go from having having water to barely any water coming from the faucet. When I called them about the problem they still insisted they did everything correctly. We had the Springdale City plumber come come check it out because of the permit and asked him if that was the real problem. So it turned out Apollo did not turn the water pressure reducing valve on that was installed together with the new water heater. So they charged my parents $1,000 something plus .. and another fee for coming to check out the problem which they did not fix and told my parents they needed to install valves for all those faucets to work.... I will probably ask Springdale City about the main breaker you guys charged my parents as well after this. I lost total trust from this company.
