  Emilio and his partner was great! The only complaint is: there is a tool that is used to open the refrigerant port that gets stuck all the time acorrding to an Google search, and it’s obviously a design flaw. Nothing against Apollo, but I think something should be done about it to make sure it’s not happening Anymore. Other than that, they got to us quick when our AC went out and had it replaced within 2 days which was a whole lot faster than anyone else

  They came out to check my ac, didn't check the coils inside, and spent 5 minutes outside to check the pressure.Another service informed me it takes at least 15-20 minutes for that, and asked if he had even looked at the coils which were caked with old dirt the service guy for Apollo explained they dont work on manufactured homes because of vents .But he still set up an appointment next day with a salesman. The salesman remarked " I don't know why thet sent me,we don't do anything with manufactured homes" and signed me up for monthly service. I didn't know until I saw a charge on my card, and called them. They said they would reverse the charge, still waiting on that. Both people that came out were aware I have stage 4 cancer, to explain my financial situation is tight because of medical bills, and being on disability. So I was charged for an inspection that they didn't do, and signed up for a service they can't perform.

  We had an old Wadsworth service box that Apollo updated for us. They came out and did an inspection and scheduled installation the next day for us. We have always been very pleased with the service technician in the past (thank you Todd), the these installers did not disappoint. On time, job focused, and brought everything up to code for us. All in one day. Reasonable price, too. We are very happy with the results and recommend Apollo. We will certainly rely on their expertise in the future. Thank you!

  Eric was awesome! I needed a bathroom exhaust fan installed with a heater, which required a brand new wire/breaker being installed. He was great throughout my estimate, as well as the installation process. He answered all the questions I had, as well as showing me what he was doing during the process. If there was any minor alterations he had to make, he made sure to explain it and ask for my approval. I very much appreciated his professionalism, ability to explain his process, and do great work. I’ve used Apollo in the past and have always had great work done. Definitely recommend!

  Cody Kurkowski and his team did an amazing job replacing a 14 year old HVAC unit with a high efficiency Daiken system that includes a 12 year parts, 12 year labor warranty. He and his team arrived on time, remained professional through to the completion of their work, provided a detailed walk-through and explanation of the work done as well as a tutorial on how to use the WIFI connected thermostat. After completing the install they all spent quality time cleaning up the work area and left at the time predicted by Apollo sales rep Danny Mangulabnan. Great Job Apollo 👏
