Excellent customer service. Utility shutoff was required to complete work. When utility did not restore power for more than six hours after work was completed, Jim returned to my home, set up a generator, and called the utility to expedite restoration of power. Jim asked me to text him when power was restored, regardless of how late. Knowing the power was restored later that night, Jim still followed up 24 hours later to make sure there were no further issues. Really appreciate the support after the job was completed! Well done.

The top photo is the before and the bottom is the after! Mike and Perry were great to work with, super friendly, knowledgeable and had great communication the whole time. I had other electric quotes done and all of them made me feel super scared and pressured to get it done, but when Mike came to give us a quote I didn’t feel like that at all! Their pricing is also super reasonable and they do a very clean/organized job. My dad who is a master carpenter was really impressed by their work when I showed him and he works with lots of electricians! Thank you again for making our home safer!

Jim and Connor of Leitner Electric showed up exactly on time to install a level 2 car charger and several new outlets. Both were knowledgeable, experienced and thorough. I can't say enough good things about the pair. I would highly recommend them, and importantly, they were very reasonable in their pricing. Thanks for an awesome job!

I called Perry Leitner after a power line was ripped from my house during the severe storm in Cincinnati. Perry and his team immediately stepped in to help, and they did an incredible job repairing my electrical connector. After the repair was completed, Jim (the technician who came out) continued to check in with me to make sure everything was working properly and that I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I have never experienced this level of care, communication, and genuine customer service from a company in my life. They went above and beyond from start to finish. They basically treated me as one of their family members. I will recommend Perry Leitner and his team to every single person who needs electrical work. They are absolutely incredible!!

Back in March, a tree fell on my house, and tore the electrical service line off. Since then, I've been in a battle with my insurance adjuster to get it covered. I initially received a suspiciously high quote from another company in town. Luckily, I found Leitner Electric, and their estimate was much more reasonable. Mr. Leitner was a phenomenal partner throughout the claims process, providing me with multiple quotes to appease the insurance company. Additionally, the work was completed quickly, cleanly, and to a high standard. It's obvious that Perry treats his customers like family, and he will be the first person I'll call in the future. I have peace of mind knowing my new service line is nearly invincible. Thank you!
