- WMWendi MartinMay 3, 20254.0UPDATED: 05/31/25. THEY DID COME OUT AND FIX THE ISSUE. Will never use them again. The installers were the worst. $ 2500.00 for my bedroom and they drug the carpet up the stairs scratching off the paint of the new stair treads we put up. They left and got a brown marker and tried to cover up the paint where they scratched off. ( the color didn't even match ). You can noticeably see the carpet line. They only took $40.00 off my bill for the stairs and when I called back because of the bad carpet-line, they said they would call me back regarding this... Needless to say. They didn't!
- JPJames PrestonFeb 15, 20171.0Here's the problem. They sold me Cortec floors that are supposed to be "scratch resistant." I spent over 10k for these floors after installation and there are scratches everywhere. I find a new one every day. An adjuster from the company that makes the floors (US Floor) came out and said it was not legitimate for any claim. Stand by your product.
