  I used them one time, they were expensive but available. The work was good, the people were nice. They started soliciting my phone number with an AI voice caller. Solicitation is annoying, but at least it would put food on a persons table. Shame on you. This is not an appropriate use of AI.

  So let me start with the positive, from the initial phone call through the job being done The staff I dealt with was outstanding. Very professional and kind. This is where things turn. Now I know our technician is limited on what he can do with the pricing so this is a direct comment towards the management of this company and their pricing structure. I get it that this was an emergency call on a Saturday afternoon so the $225 dispatch fee though I felt was high I could justify. However, when the technician came saw what the problem was and quoted me $1193 for the job I about lost my mind. We had a discussion he re-quoted it and got it down to $793 still exceptionally expensive. Because we were in such a tight spot we weren’t left with much choice and honestly I feel as though this company understood that and takes advantage of people when they’re in those tight spots. At the end of the job, the technician asked me if I wanted him to give an estimate on replacing the faucet and honestly at that point that was a question that should not have even been asked. I made it very clear what my feeling was about the cost and I was asked if I wanted them to quote more. Though I was very happy with the work that the technician did and honestly how quickly he did it, I could not in good conscience. Recommend this company to anyone simply based on their pricing. The price is why the review is not a 5 star review.

  We had Auburn Heating do some gas line work in conjunction with hooking up a new gas grill for us and the work they did was exemplary. Zac Poucher, in particular, was fantastic. He was personable, professional, and exceedingly conscientious in sorting things out and was very willing to take the time to explain what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. We really appreciated the way he went the extra mile to do a good job. We would use them again if the need should ever arise. Thank you.

  Look my name up in your recorded calls. I called with an urgent request for service given it was during a heat wave, and your representative confirmed to me that I had someone coming the next day within the 8 - 12 AM service window. I call at 11 AM that day (so near the end of that window) and I am told that I was put on a "priority dispatch list" that did not guarantee service that day. Surprise surprise, no one came that day. I understand it was during a holiday heat wave and there are thousands of houses that have HVAC issues in trying times like these, but essentially lying to a customer over the phone is just unacceptable. I understand it could have been an honest mistake and no company ever tries to lie about these things, but you had me stop making calls for the next two days, further hurting the chances of me getting service that I needed in a timely manner. I should have known something was up not getting an E-Mail or text confirmation for my service. Fool me once, I guess, but I'm not interested in ever doing business with these people again.
