  She was very nice and recommended other services as well to think about. She did clear the drain pipe of the HVAC system inside the Condo. Hopefully this clogged drainage will not come back with the maintenance tips provided!

  Excellent service from the technicians, but on review of all the work done, I believe Summers gouged me on the price. Price was excessive compared elsewhere. I requested a breakdown of the labor costs and was told Summers does not provide. I contacted my credit card company and told them this, and they said this is not good, common business practice. The credit card company recommended filing a dispute. I was also told by Danielle that she would reach out to a manager to address my request for a $200 reduction in price and would call me back yesterday. I have still not received that call.

  I have a great program they come out and service my AC they'll come out and service my furnace and I'll have a plumber come and check the plumbing it was a reasonable price for this package

  Josh is always great!!! I have never had a problem with the service he provides… and he has been providing me with plumbing services for years now. Summers Heating and Cooling is expensive as all hell… but they do excellent work! I hate having to come out my pocket for repairs but I know I’ll only have to do it once when using Summer’s Heating and Cooling. I live in a fixer upper and they have pretty much repaired/replaced my entire house lol 🤪😬 I really love this company!

  I was quoted a 96% 2-stage variable-speed furnace at over $10,500. Another local company installed the same type of equipment for $6,270. When I asked about lowering the price, they offered a single stage equipment instead and said they couldn’t match a competitive 2 stage price. Felt like I was being pushed toward a lower quality option at a premium price. So I saved 59% by not using summers.
