This was my annual furnace check, and I will request Tanisha for my annual a/c check next spring!

We both knew it was bad and within 5min had a team schedule to come out in less than 12hrs to replace it. The area look a lot more tidy and neat compared to previous routing.

Called to check on status of fall services and I’m told I was dropped from their account and they would not schedule me again. No idea why. No explanation given. Have previously had no issues with them. No idea why they did this.
