  4 Seasons Air has been my go-to HVAC company since 2020 when they replaced my furnace and AC unit. I've used them for biannual maintenance ever since, and they've also come through for me a few times on emergency heat loss calls. Jo Ann, who usually answers the phone, is fantastic — friendly, helpful, and quick to get things scheduled. The whole team has been incredibly responsive and accommodating, which I really appreciate as a dad with small kids and a baby at home. When you lose heat in an Ohio winter, you need a company that takes it seriously, and they always do. Every technician they've sent out has been professional and friendly. Special shoutout to Layken for being so patient with my overly-friendly dogs! The owner, Brad Frazier, is genuinely kind and down-to-earth — you can tell that mindset carries through the whole team. Highly recommend 4 Seasons Air for anyone needing furnace or AC service in the area. They've earned a customer for life.

  Put in an $8K furnace, AC and heat pump. Told me I had one year warranty. Then when I needed them to come determine why fan so dirty, they said sorry you’re outside our range. I wasn’t outside range when I was spending $8K. !!!!

  We’ve used 4 Seasons Air for years now—from routine maintenance to installing a full AC/heat system at our previous home—and they’ve always taken great care of us. When it came time to replace the system at our new house, there was no question who we were calling. Once again, they didn’t disappoint. The team was professional, respectful of our home (even laying down floor protection), and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. We also really appreciate their extended warranty program—having our new system covered for the next 10 years gives us great peace of mind. Always a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend.

  We originally hired them for an all new furnace and air in early 2020. Since then we have had to have multiple services and even required the outside unit to be completely replaced by a new one. Then had to have them out for heat pump to which we were told we needed a new thermostat and mother board, some valve. I lost track of how many parts and labor. Nothing was fixed. And out of frustration we hired another company who within minutes found wiring that wasn’t wired right . And after fixing that. All has been good. 4 seasons had multiple people out and all laid eyes on everything and didn’t find that. Now we’re out over $600 I’m sure they’ll never reimburse. So we’ve moved on.
