  Our air conditioning unit ceased functioning, and my wife submitted a service request for a technician to assess it. I suspected the capacitor or fan motor had failed, and as it was 9 PM, I was unable to conduct a thorough inspection myself. The following morning, a technician arrived around 8 AM. They identified a blown capacitor and attempted to install a new one, which reportedly did not resolve the issue. The technician then suggested that we would require either a new compressor or an entirely new unit. I advised my wife to seek a second opinion (a practice I believe everyone should follow). When the second technician (who was also a salesman) arrived, he informed us that he had actually installed our unit in 2018. He offered to examine our unit to determine the precise problem. Upon his inspection, he stated that the individual who replaced the new capacitor had wired it incorrectly, which prevented it from engaging and caused it to draw 50 amps, according to the notes. Had we proceeded with the first technician's recommendation, we would have incurred a cost of approximately $6,000 for what turned out to be a $20 part. We believe this was a significant error and potentially an attempt to induce unnecessary expenditure. Mistakes happen but if a technician claims to have over 5+ years experience, why would they not double check their work? Our AC is running and blowing cold. Since the salesman was honest, we decided to sign up for a routine maintenance package for the year. Everyone's experience is different but this was ours and something that was careless could have cost us money that didn't need to be spent.

  Showed up on time and we're professional and knowledgeable and completed the installation of our AC, Furnace and hot water tank in a timely manner.

  Everyone did an amazing job. They came as soon as they could and was able to connect our air conditioner to get us cooled down right away. The technicians were courteous and professional and got the job done right. The ladies in the office were so helpful to me so that I could get information to the home warranty company. There were no problems at all and the new unit is working great! Thank you so much for all your help and we will continue to call you again and again.

  New furnace and ac installed. Brad and the folks at 4 seasons are the BEST I have ever had for that kind of work and I have worked with many due to the fact I retired from the gas company. Kind Courteous knowledgeable and professional and excellent in every way. THANKS for such a great experience. 5 STARS, like I said before THE BEST in every way
