- GKGrant KMay 29, 20261.0We decided to set up an appointment with this company for a running toilet, they had great reviews and came recommended. Our time slot was from 11-2 or 3, and or when the plumber was free. At noon we called and the plumber was still on the first job. At 3 we called and he was still on the first job. At 4 the company called to inform us, they would not be able to get to us today. I asked what about the next day? They said no they are booked all day. Save yourself your time, use any other company out there. There are a million other plumbers, that will treat first time and or customers right.
