- CHC HFeb 21, 20245.0Jordan and his team were amazing. Jordan arrived within hours of calling Dry Patrol. He gave me an estimate for clean up on the spot. He didn't pressure at all, but did offer to get started that day if I was ready. I did want to get the clean up started right away, and he set everything up. They came back to the house most days to check the progress and adjust everything. I feel like the clean up was perfect, everything was dried very quickly and completely. Super professional, detailed, and efficient. Excellent communication throughout, including calling ahead so I knew when they would be coming out (and they were flexible if I needed a different time). Jordan also went above and beyond explaining how it worked with insurance so I knew what to expect. A+ would 110% recommend

Our toilet tank was leaking and we didn’t realize how much water had been leaking. Unfortunately, the leak caused the ceiling in our guest bedroom to partially collapse at 4am. I googled, found Dry Patrol, and called them at 4:30am. Not only did they answer, but it was an actual person…not a bot, not an answering service rather it was someone that could actually help. Jordon Heinrich arrived, as promised, the next day. He provided a thorough inspection, explained in clear terms what was involved, and the next steps. The same day, he installed fans to dry the moisture and he continues to check on the progress. Dry Patrol has a relationship with most insurers and they even provide panoramic shots of the damage to make the claims process easier. So far our experience has been 5-star.
