  I initially thought A1 did a decent job leveling my driveway, but once the crew left and I fully processed what happened, I realized how badly they handled the situation. The estimator was fully aware that trees had previously been removed near two corners of my driveway, as we explicitly discussed it. I was never warned that the leveling process could crack the concrete. During the job, Tristan cracked the slab in two places and literally broke two chunks of concrete completely off. Instead of properly addressing the damage he blamed it on tree roots. He glued the broken chunks back on (one still looks terrible) and told me to use joint sealant around it. He also only pointed out one of the cracks. He completely hid the second crack, which I only discovered on my own after he left while the concrete was drying. Declining their optional $805 joint-sealing package does not give a contractor the right to damage a driveway, hide the evidence, and leave the homeowner to clean up the mess. Zero accountability or offer to at seal the cracks they created. I know the cracks were not there prior to their leveling because I power washed the driveway and took pictures to provide to companies as I was looking for a concrete leveler.

  Great company to work with. They came out gave a quote. I scheduled a date. They showed up when said they would and perform the work they said they would. Honest and dependable. There work looks great. I found one hole in my patio that wasn’t filled. I called them and they were out two days later to fill it. Very nice people and very responsive. I will do business with them again.

  Your crew did a GREAT JOB leveling a large patio, driveway & sidewalks around house. BIG improvement and it looks great. Would highly recommend A-1 Concrete to others. This third or fourth time we have used them.
