  Brian is someone that actually cares about the quality of what he does…he is professional, knowledgeable, and understands/values the importance of relationships…his integrity is something you don’t find all that often in the construction industry…I’ve enjoyed working on projects with Brian over the past several years, and would highly recommend him to build any new home, or manage any construction project, from start to finish

  Without a doubt one of the best builders nor just in Stark county but I would say in Ohio! Brian and his team are very passionate about what they do but most importantly they are honest and truthful about the process. They will listen to a customer’s individual preferences but most importantly they will be patient and supportive throughout the entire process, some much appreciated from a first time home builder. They strive for only the best material, top quality workers, and features to ensure the home not only fits a customer’s vision but also that the property has great resale value for the future. Couldn’t have asked for a better worker, would recommend to all colleagues for your dream home needs!

  I represented the buyers in the purchase of a new construction home built by Classic Custom Homes and Remodeling, LLC, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Their communication was consistent, the craftsmanship was solid, and the team was responsive to questions throughout the build process. My clients are thrilled with the final product.   Our daughter had been looking for a home. My husband and I felt very comfortable about this when we talked to Brian and he went over the plans with us. He was very easy to work with. Every time she called him with a question he immediately responded. We are very grateful for Brian and his team for giving our daughter this opportunity.   Brian and Mike with Classic Custom Homes are wonderful people. They were both patient and helpful with each step of the building process. Brian was always quick to respond to messages. I appreciate everything that they did to allow me to build a beautiful home. I could not have asked for a better company or people to work with.
