  We had $9400 worth of work done in our home and are impressed with the people at Mr Sparky. They have great customer service and are truly concerned with making the customer happy. I would use them again in the future.

  Louie did a very good job. I could tell he worked diligently and professionally. However, I do not know exactly what he was doing, except giving us a tuneup and an oil change on our whole house Generator. But I was delighted with his personality and his work ethic.

  I highly recommend Mister Sparky of West Cleveland to anyone that is in need of electrical service. The electricians were very respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with me, and all my questions. The price for the service I received was very good, and they were on time for our scheduled appointments. I am so appreciative of the electrical service that was provided by Elijah, Jacob, and Lewis! They will not disappoint you!

  After making the mistake of trying to be my own electrician, I quickly realized that some jobs are best left to the professionals. After reading the outstanding reviews for Mister Sparky, I decided to give them a call, and they exceeded every expectation. From the very first phone call, the experience was exceptional. The receptionist was friendly, courteous, and professional. She kept me informed about the technicians’ arrival time and patiently answered all of my questions. When Jacob and Elijah arrived, they were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. They worked efficiently, completed the job quickly, and charged a fair price. Beyond their excellent workmanship, they were personable, easy to talk to, and even managed to make the experience enjoyable with their great sense of humor. I’ve learned my lesson—I’ll stick to what I know best, which is being a chef, and leave the electrical work to the experts. If I ever need an electrician again, Mister Sparky will be my first and only call. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and professional electricians.   I had a ceiling fan from Lowes that they could not install...I called Mister Sparky first thing in the morning today and Jacob Hall was sent out...excellent customer service by the representative answering the phone call and Jacob completed the task in under an hour...even got me a quote on other things...I joined as a member and will now use Mister Sparky for all my electric needs.....A HUGE thank you!!!
