- DDDella DiSalinoSep 21, 20265.0Eric and Cody did a great job from what I can see! City inspector comes out tomorrow to verify everything done correctly. A new thermostat was included in the cost and a carbon monoxide detector. They were very friendly. Did an efficient job. They were done with the install in two hours and then altogether it was three hours as they show you how to operate the thermostat and mounted the carbon monoxide detector on the wall, and hauled everything away, etc. They wore booties and they put blue covering down on the carpet and I was really impressed that they can lift a 200 pound HVAC unit. And on the third floor of a Condo apartment building it’s very tricky maneuvering very close quarters. The magic pal unit is in a closet in the second bedroom. They were very accommodating and kind and answered all my questions.
