- MMMikeAug 14, 20265.0The staff that arrived were on time, respectful, and professional in their trade. They broke everything down and offered suggestion without any coercion. Their work was clean and efficient.
- DLD LAug 13, 20263.0Had the Yearly Check up on AC unit. Everything went well- technician did a good job, very thorough and knowledgeable. The only problem is with scheduling- and having appointments cancelled ( which has happened 2x now ). - finding out after I call to inquire. This last appointment which was rescheduled- to an AM time. - I called to Inquire on that service date for predicted arrival time, at which time I find out I am now in the PM time slot! He ended up arriving at the end of the day! Poor communication regarding appointments. Poor follow up - regarding appointment times. It’s Hard to work around inconsistent appointment scheduling and arrival times and unforeseen cancellations due to outages etc.
