  Mark and Dave replaced our 2 hot water heaters yesterday, May 13, 2026, and did a fabulous job. Our previous water heaters were 14 years old and were recently showing signs of wear that shouldn’t be ignored. After our normal 6 mos HVAC maintenance on April 23rd by Kevin, we asked him about the water heaters. Kevin contacted their plumbing experts and Travis came right away to inspect and give us some options. We had thought we’d go with tankless, but the ventilation required on 1 of the tanks would pipe out onto our back patio area (not a good smell) and we felt that would not be optimal. So we chose traditional water heaters. The brand, Bradford White, was what our previous plumber had installed and had been a great choice for all these years. We have very hard well water, with a water softener and use hot water constantly with many rooms, bathrooms, much laundry etc. so the fact they had gone 14 years without one issue gives me confidence in the new ones. Mark and Dave were right on time in the morning and wasted no time getting to work. Very friendly, professional and skilled. They cleaned up both work areas perfectly. We highly recommend Blind & Sons and Kevin, Travis, Mark and Dave.

  Landon Morris performed the service on my generator. VERY nice guy!!! Explained everything to me and also about future maintenance. I give Landon 5 stars… thank you

  Scheduled a sump pump replacement due to failure, technician had one in the truck and refused to replace the main pump. Saying and I quote i doubt the back up will fail so you will be fine. I said no I need the one you have put in im not taking a chance on a basement flood. He again refused to do the scheduled work, and began to speak forcefully to my mother. This has been escalated to managment

  Today I had a Generac generator installed. Brad was great. He explained and showed me everything that was going to be done during the install. Any questions I had he provided an answer. Chris came out shortly after Brad. Both of them seem to have communicated with each other very well about how the job will be done. After the install Brad explained everything about how the generator operates. He then explained how the box in the basement works. After that he put the generator in use. He cut off the power and the generator kicked on. Thank you Brad and Chris on an amazing job you did. I will definitely use Blind & Sons for our next project.

  I’ve posted before and my opinion has not changed. We get great service from Blind & Sons and have gotten it over 26 years and 2 houses. Kevin was our tech this time for our 6 mos system check. We have 2 HVAC systems in this house, so we need “first of the day” appointments. Our 2 hot water heaters are aging (14 years), so when we asked about it, he got us set up with one of their experts. Kevin was right on time, courteous, reviewed everything with us, answered our questions, went back and returned the thermostat temps to what they were when he got here, wore booties, etc. ..,everything was done well.
