- BJBradley Jones5 days ago5.0I’ve used Blind & Sons for just about everything: new furnace, replaced electrical panel, installed lights in a ceiling without any, replaced water heater and now a new A/C after multiple “fixes” to help me keep it running just a little longer, ha. They always respond quickly, communicate well throughout the process, and do a great job. Everyone who has come to the house has been phenomenal (most recently, Jason to help us choose an a/c unit, Quinn and Charles to install it) I first found Blind & Sons when I called multiple plumbing/HVAC companies for help and they were the only ones who responded with a desire to help promptly…and they’ve been that way every time I call. I used a different plumber once and the service was not the same and cost was considerably more. Lesson learned. Now I only call Blind & Sons.

Everything he walked into our house he also wore blue cover ups over his shoes which I appreciated. His service was spot on.

Chris came out to service my A/C unit, which is located in my attic—a true “sweat box” on a hot day. Despite the challenging conditions, he remained professional, courteous, and focused on getting the job done right. He recharged the A/C system, replaced the air filter, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my unit. I especially appreciated his honesty and thoroughness. Rather than simply treating the immediate issue, he explained that Blind & Sons should return near the end of August to further investigate and locate the source of the refrigerant leak. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable, transparent, and willing to educate the homeowner along the way. Chris’s professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail were outstanding. I highly recommend Chris Garvas and Blind & Sons for anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy HVAC service.
