  I too wish I had read the reviews before I hired these absolute crooks and incompetents. How such a poor business rates an A+ with the BBB is beyond comprehension. Their "technicians" are incapable of performing the most basic functions. Their office staff are rude and insulting. I hired a quite competent technician from a Miami County HVAC business and he immediately recognized issues with my furnace and AC that totally eluded the "technicians" from this fly by night organization. He was able to correct issues and charged a reasonable fee totally unlike these scalpers. Be sure to read some of the totally accurate negative reviews and realize you can get much better service elsewhere for a reasonable price. I did. Just search for an HVAC business in Miami County with 5 stars and don't bother wasting your time and money on this questionable 3.1 star subpar enterprise. I would've saved more than $3700.

  Seeing your employees entering public businesses and not wearing mandatory masks says a lot about your company. Speedway on Arlington Rd has signs posted. Your employees never wear masks in public. I think next time I need hvac services, I'll call a company that respects the health of others. Apparently yours do not.

  Have worked with these people previously, & they have always done a good (well above the average) job for me. I will always use them if I have ac or heating issues.

  Awful service, not knowledgeable, did more harm than good. Lazy, asked my wife to go in the Attic and check for something that wasn't even there. Showed my wife video of other people's houses, how dirty they were, very unprofessional.
