  Today is a classic example of why i hire professionals! The man showed up today and drilled a single hole and reattached an S clip and got paid 250$ for the knowledge and experience in a field i know nothing about. 15 minutes he solved my problem and walked away with a satisfied customer! Hope he has a good pour with his dad. Thanks for the speedy service. Job well done!

  Last week I scheduled service - then changed the appointment from Tues to Wed. AD cancelled the appointment and never rescheduled me. When they didn't show, I called. No apology for the error. "I don't know who you talked to, but you're not in the schedule. It shows you canceled." I tried to reschedule. Next appointment that worked with my schedule was a week out. I booked the appointment, but commented that I was going to call and see if I could get someone else out sooner. The guy became really rude. AD: "I'm gonna cancel you. You want me to cancel?" Me: "No, don't cancel." AD: "But you said you were gonna call someone else. I need to free up the appointment if you're not going to show." Me: "I will call and cancel IF I find someone else." AD: "If you're just going to cancel again, I'll cancel you now." Me: "I DIDN'T CANCEL THE FIRST TIME. KEEP THE APPOINTMENT. I WON'T CALL ANYONE ELSE." He sounded offended that, after a scheduling error on their part and waiting two weeks for an appointment, I would look around for something earlier. I've had good service from them before. But this guy has single-handedly turned me away from Action Door.

  The gentleman who came to service our garage door was skilled and professional. Our old damaged door track seemed beyond repair, after being bumped and bent by our car. Somehow he fixed it in a short time. The price was incredibly affordable and I was thrilled! l. We have had this same company do great work in the past on our old Rocky River garage, and I highly recommend them.

  I want to get a new garage door and it cost almost $200 for a tech to come out to do an estimate and I feel that the estimate is not free when you have to pay for the tech to come and do the estimate to me that is pure robbery
