  Had our annual furnace inspection and was impressed by the ease of scheduling and knowledge/thoroughness of the technician. Will definitely utilize Broadview Heating/Cooling for future annual maintenance items.

  Just had Dan service and clean our furnace for the new season, and to get a second opinion on what another HVAC company had just done a few weeks back. The other company suggested that I think about a new furnace because mine showed signs of the heat exchanger on the verge of failure. The other company also suggested I consider having a new A/C unit installed at the same time to save about 3 grand on the A/C installation since they would have to remove my furnace just to replace the evaporator for the A/C if I did it later. Long story short. My current furnace is about 11 years old and it has a 20 year warranty on the heat exchanger. I called the OEM of the furnace and they said that if the heat exchanger was indeed bad they would supply a new one at no charge. I decided to get a second opinion and called Broadview Heating. Dan came out today and did a thorough inspection of the heat exchanger and the rest of the furnace. He checked the gas pressure (which needed adjusting) checked the combustion air mixture which was fine after adjusting the gas pressure, and did a thorough camera inspection of the entire heat exchanger which had zero issues! He said my furnace is fine and so is the heat exchanger. Broadview Heating and Air Conditioning is my HVAC company from now on and I’m about 15 grand to the good! Oh and the service call was less than the other company also.

  Roger was very professional, thorough and great with our dogs when he came. He also pointed out a faucet leak unrelated to the furnace maintenance that I need to get repaired - for years we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from! Thank you Roger!

  Xavier came to do routine maintenance, for the first time, on my furnace and was wonderful. He arrived right at the start of my time window and was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He did everything he needed to do, made sure to clean up any mess that was made, and explained the results of his check up. I also spoke with Ryan, who was also extremely kind over the phone, and was able to schedule my appointment within a few days of me calling. I would definitely recommend this company for any HVAC needs as everyone I worked with was equally amazing. I will be a continued customer for any emergencies that come up or simply for routine maintenance.
