  Great service and everything looked great. Install was completed in a few hours. Installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! This is my second time using window world and would absolutely use again.

  Had a glass block window replaced with a tilt in. They were on time, friendly, great price and cleaned up. Experience was easy and stress free.

  Hello Lucille. Not quite sure you want me leaving a review. As far as the quality of the windows I cant speak to that yet however visually they are an improvement from what we had. The crew was great. Kind courteous clean and did a good job. As far as Window world as a company I can say that the start was quite shaken and time will tell if that opinion formed changes. The salesman was a nice guy but to me he came across quite smug. Also, when we were at our kitchen table signing the contract after Id decided to go with WW he thought it appropriate to use a curse word in conversation. I told him he does it again, I'd kick him out. When I told him about me trying to sell my old windows he scoffed at the idea od who would want old windows. Also I didnt care about the 100k job he'd just previously had. This brings me to the original install date. I am a signalman for a railroad. I am on call 24/7 and marked off for calls because of needing to be home for the install....which never happened. Also the windows I was scoffed at for trying to sell .... I had to inform a gentleman who was nearly on his way from Cleveland to purchase them that they would not be available for another week. He ended up waiting and buying them but I took a hit on what I was willing to sell them for. I missed 2 call outs that day and a couple hundred in the sell of my old windows no 1 would want. The word compensation was floated to me in conversation that missed Saturday by the 2nd young lady Id spoken to. But Im sure that will not be the case. A discount on the second half would of been appropriate however that was not the case when I wrote out the check for the second half paying it in full. So should I leave a review... I just might ....Got tired of receiving messages to leave a review and after speaking with the " GM" he offered a minimal amount of compensation for my losses as it seemed he didnt want this going any further up the chain... at this point I dont care anymore . Ill wait to see what happens. So this was my experience and this is my review.

  Hello, my name is Laura Holbrooks, my husband Harvey and I just had windows installed yesterday (4/28/26), we are very pleased with the service from the very start! Excellent salesman that came to our home, the customer service representative that kept us informed throughout the process and the installers. No wasted time, as soon as the men got to our home they "got right to it"!! Beautiful job, wonderful service and price is just right!! THANK YOU WINDOW WORLD!!

  Had windows installed in my home. The price was good, lower than other companies I had quotes from. Wait time was reasonable, considering each window is custom made to fit the opening. Communication was outstanding. Installers arrived when on time, kept the mess to a minimum, and cleaned up completely before leaving. Installers were polite and friendly. Just a note about the installers - we have a cat who hid before we could confine her, they were very careful make sure she did not get out while they installed. Very much appreciated! My windows look and operate exactly as they should. Highly recommend this company.
