The gentleman who installed our door did an outstanding job. He was detail oriented. He took his time. He cleaned up when finished. He was friendly. We are beyond thrilled with our door!!

Hi, I am writing to share a review regarding the recent installation of my new storm door and entry door. My sales representative was Michael, and the subcontractor/carpenter who completed the installation was also named Michael. My down payment was made in July, and while it took a little time to get everything squared away, the doors were installed yesterday and I couldn't be happier with the result. Both Michaels were fantastic to work with. Michael the sales representative was wonderful throughout the process, and it was a absolute pleasure watching and speaking with Michael the installer. If I had to express one minor complaint, it is that prior to the installation, I had a single key that locked and unlocked every door in my house. I am now dealing with four or more keys, which is something I will just have to get used to. Otherwise, the work and service were outstanding. Thank you. Garfield Heights Resident

I have used Window World for years and they still continue to come through! My installer Andy did a great job as he was a man show putting in 5 windows for me. Thanks and I will come back if I ever need any more windowa!

My two main crew was awesome. I got the one gentleman‘s name Jason, but I don’t remember the other guys name. They were great so helpful and knowledgeable and patient and answered all my questions. They did an awesome job. I only got four of my six windows put in because two of them were measured for the wrong size so whenever I get that date for the other two windows to come, I would appreciate it if I would get Jason and the other guy to come back to my House to finish the job thank you

From Sales to installation the Window World Youngstown team was professional and courteous. One of our window panes was damaged in shipment, they installed everything and handled reporting the issue and the unit will be replaced free of cost. It was great to have someone completely handle that issue for me and not leave it up to the customer. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future.
