  Great Service from start to finish! Start- Michael B our design consultant was exceptional. We had 4 different window company estimates/people come out to the house. Mike set the bar! Professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. Finish- Mike K & team. Top notch. They were on time, walked us through the day before they got started, right down to being considerate of landscaping. Thanks to the entire WW team. You rock! Love the new windows!

  Help Network of Northeast Ohio experience with Windowsl World went smoothly start to finish. No high pressure sales, great customer service, and installation didn't disrupt operations. The support of non profits in our community doesn't go unnoticed and is much appreciated!

  Everyone we dealt with from Window World was terrific. Our design consultant Evan was very knowledgable and helpful in selecting the proper windows and new shutters that look absolutely fantastic on our home. The measuring crew did a perfect job and our windows were built and delivered in the timeframes promised. Lucille kept us updated on things through the process. And finally, our installers Malcom and his sister/assistant were great. They went above and beyond in making sure the job was done timely, neatly, and correctly. They even worked with us around a bee issue we ran into! On top of all of that, we had a good time visiting with them as they worked and shared a lot of laughs. Definitely made the right decision in going with Window World. 5 stars

  The Window World crew arrived when they said they would, were very polite and helpful. They left the work area spotless when they left each day and completed nearly 50 windows in our church in two days! Had a great experience and would highly recommend Window World

  If I could rate them a zero I would. They got so called “ spray foam from the window installation” all over my brand new windows and on my siding. They absolutely SUCK at communication. There had been several different people at my house since march and my problem still lingers. Everytime someone new comes they say they will be in contact with me in the next day or two. WHAT A COMPLETE LIE!!! This company is a complete joke and I would STAY AWAY!!! Pay the money for a better company!! Update, they came back to install one new window, which was damaged during shipping. Almost 2 weeks after they installed the new damaged window, which they are replacing, I haven’t heard back from them as to when my window will be installed for the 3rd time. They are in no rush to fix THEIR issues.
