  Great sales staff. Very helpful with excellent pricing. Installed when promised but could have been a bit more detail conscious with finished product.

  We had a solar motorized blind installed on the 2nd story of our foyer and the process couldn’t have been easier from picking materials to working with Greg the installer. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a quality product and great customer service.

  I had a great experience at Pucher's! I feel bad because I can't recall the name of the lady that helped me, but she took the time to walk me through all of my carpet options and really helped me choose the right carpet for our home. I never felt rushed and I left feeling confident in my decision. The installers were just as great. Everyone was professional and friendly. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring!

  Excellent and professional customer service at Pucher's-Westlake from designer Tamara, installers Tom and Chad, and seamstress Ann. With twenty windows to cover the service included measurements, basic counseling, fabric treatment, and installation (blinds, shutters, box valance, and sheer curtains). The process also involved a number of back-and-forth communications by email and by phone. In regard to these exchanges I feel it is important to mention how pleasant and courteous Tamara has been all along, coordinating everything, and always corresponding back in a timely manner. She even completed on our behalf a product rebate application, rebate that was granted to us by one of the manufacturers following our purchase. In addition, we must thank all the Pucher's-Westlake team members for working together expeditiously despite the busy holiday period to deliver and install everything before Xmas as we had hoped. The total invoice turned out to be pricier than budgeted initially, however the entire experience has been a charm with everything going so smoothly and the end result being so awesome that, in the end, it was worth the extra money. Overall, great satisfaction! Thank you so much!
