- KSkyle speharJun 22, 20265.0I called them because I had water coming up from a pipe in my basement. 40 minutes later someone was at my house and fixing it. Great customer service and a company that cares. Thank you. I’ve used this company 3 or 4 times over 10 years.
- ARAudrey RodickJun 22, 20265.0On a Saturday I realized that the sump pump was not pumping water out, since the weather was predicting storms for the next day, I needed this to be fixed immediately. I called a few plumbing companies and they were unable to accommodate me. I contacted Plumbing Source and they were more than willing to arrange for someone to come out. The Tech's came out that afternoon, explained the pump needed to be replaced and the lines checked for blockage. They were very cordial and efficient and did not leave until they were sure the pump was working correctly and all the lines were not clogged. Would definitely recommend this company.
