Quick, friendly, reasonably priced service (small home gas line repair). Spoke to Shelby at 10:26 a.m. at Haven Services, LLC (fka The Plumbing Source) and she provided me with honest expectations on timing, evaluation costs and procedures. I received a call from the technician at 10:58 a.m. letting me know he was 21 min out if I was available for the evaluation and repair. Kyle arrived at my home right on schedule, he was personable and also provided honest feedback on pricing and timing. The repair was to fix a small gas leak on my older home in the basement that was connected by a shut off valve in the middle of the line going to my stove. My family member who is a general contractor advised me it should be around $250 for the repair since the connection was shorter and simpler than most. I was quoted around $327 for an approximately a 2-hr job. The repair was completed in one hour and the final cost was a little less than what he quoted me. The job looked clean and he explained what he repaired in detail. I am very pleased with the work completed and the friendly customer service from the front desk to the field. I would definitely recommend Haven Services, LLC and Kyle for anyone looking for plumbing services and will definitely use them in the future if and when needed. Thank you Kyle and to your team!

I called The Plumbing Source for an emergency job, due to water leaking in my basement from the ceiling that caused me to have to shut the main water line off. They sent Tyler out to my house and he was there within an hour. Tyler was very professional and found out that water was coming from a pinhole in the pipe that feeds the water to toilet. He had the line fixed in about an hour and had my water back on. Since Tyler was there I asked him if he could check the flange that I had installed from another company and it had started leaking again. To make a long story short, Tyler was able to correct a very poor job done by the other company and professionally fixed the problem. Today, no leaking pipe and no leaking toilet. The Plumbing Source will be my go to company and the company that I recommend to my family and friends going forth. Thank you, Tyler for being kind and professional.
