When no one showed up I called and they said they were unable to fulfill request. No explanation for why they sent two emails and text stating that someone was on the way. The technicians, Tyler and Dino who were both personable and task oriented , were an efficient team, and were very timely in completing the pipe replacement and cleaning the work area. I appreciated Tyler's explanation of the work completed and handling questions.
- CKC KrayApr 17, 20265.0Our gas fireplace was leaking gas and our HVAC service said to contact a fireplace service. We did. They charged us $250 clean the glass, vaccuum the logs, add sand, and identify where the leak was. They proceeded to say they could not fix it and to call a plumber. Haven had just been at our neighbor's house to repair a gas line, so we called them. They came out, confirmed the leak was in the valve where we turn the fireplace on. Since our fireplace is 30 years old, it required two days to repair, but they did a stellar job. We didn't want to replace the unit, so it was less costly to repair. A replacement valve was not readily available due to the age, but Haven found one and saved us in the long run. Great, and FAST service! Would certainly recommend them, and use them again.
